I have been with Priority One for years. They installed our heating/AC unit and take excellent care of us and the maintenance. They are always very helpful when we had a question or two over the years. I've loved working with them!

I love this company so much. I get discounts and free maintenance for being a member. Their office staff and technicians are always friendly and answer all my questions. Technicians are always a lovely combination of highly professional and skilled plus human and friendly and interesting to talk with. Customer for life.

I recently had Priority One Heating and Air Conditioning diagnose a problem with my electric heat and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The technician performed a careful evaluation, explained his findings and provided practical recommendations. Mike from Priority One walked into my house and knew exactly what was wrong with my ductless unit just from the sound. He explained everything clearly and concisely and gave me a quote for the repair. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting but Mike explained that with the maintenance program the cost would be discounted. The new cost was much better and I can tell that Mike is very competent so we are moving forward with the fix.

In the early process of roof replacement the furnace vent/exhaust was covered/sealed by a tarp. We awoke to no heat and a system error code on a Saturday morning - left calls via Angi requesting someone to come check hvac Tim responded, arrived with in the time frame provided and promptly took care of business. Appreciated his professional, polite, friendly demeanor.

Efficient, on time, friendly yes, answered questions , showed results. Charge was for a service call for a dead battery we had service the end of July... should not have the battery been tested & replaced then rather than a $160 service call. The personnel on the call performed well as there was little to do.

Justine was very informative on all questions about how keep my system clean and how to protect my outdoor unit from the changing seasons. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Alpine no words could say how much I appreciate you for making me feel like I'm just not a customer. But part of your family. I will definitely continue recommending you.

The Customer Service at Alpine is exceptional! We were having trouble with our A/C and they had a technician out the same day I called! Justin was friendly and able to explain everything that was going on! He was able to diagnose and fix the problem!

Justin was polite and efficient. He offered useful advice to keep my system in good working order.

Our house was 87 degrees and blowing hot air when I got home on a Saturday; I left a message for the on call tech. He returned my call quickly and was here within an hour. He resolved the problem and even with the after hours call fee the total cost was less than I expected.

Jim was great. He explained everything he was doing. He taught me a little bit about how to do some of the maintenance on the heads that I didn't know. He explained exactly how all the different functions work on the heads and what to do or not do.

I’ve used Alpine for 2 years since I bought this home and purchased their maintenance program. I just had them out for annual maintenance, then I had them do a deep clean on one component on my split system. Both times the technicians were professional, friendly, on-time, good communicators, helpful with questions, and did a great job. I also appreciate the service appointment text reminders they send.

Neil was very efficient installing the new thermostat. He was also very patient and kind helping me connect it to the WiFi and showing me how to use it remotely

UPDATE: We just had Frank come by and install our custom door to furnace 🤠. He was super quick and respectful. I appreciate you're employees and their handy work. Glad I went with Alpine!
Neil and (trainee) Tim did an amazing job for us!! They communicated what they needed to do when they got on site effectively and developed a game plan after I gave them the tour 🙂. Neil / Tim became part of the family for a day as life for us continued to move and they were super respectful to our space, kids chaos, and Dogs! Very focused on task and kept us updated throughout the process. At the end Neil did a final walkthrough (while also training!) and showed us the work and how the system works, the do's and don't. Very informative! Would recommend! Was very happy with service 😎!! Thanks Neil and Tim!!

I requested a visit for the annual maintenance of my ducted heat pump system. The office staff got it scheduled promptly, the service tech called ahead and arrived when expected. He did a good job and left everything in tidy shape. It’s a nice group of people to work with.

Alpine has come to our rescue for our tenants. They did an emergency service on a Sunday and showed up 15 minutes later. They fixed the heating for the very grateful family.
