We were searching for an uncommon item and really taking a shot in the dark. Most companies were unable to understand what we were looking for, some were not interested in taking on the task, and then there was Stephanie. She really went above and beyond, helping to locate the item we were looking for and help us out. While we ultimately decided to go another direction, if we were to stay in need, Century would have received our business for that amazing customer service!

I'll start with saying my heater is so old and every year it just blows cool air costing me a lot of money. It started to smell like something was burning so i contacted the property management team and they called Century Heating & AC Inc was called. They were so nice when they came into my home and worked diligently to get the job done. Well, I couldn't believe their was actual heat coming from the vents. I had to turn my heart down. I'm so grateful to them. I would suggest to you if you need help please give them a call. It will be worth your time and money!!

Top notch service. Rowdy and Helena were so knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. They spent time diagnosing our HVAC, and then time fixing it (another company had come first and tried to just sell us bells and whistles). It now works like a charm. Thank you Rowdy & Helena! (Matt & Kris)

My parents have used century heating for over 30+ years...great company honest and very friendly...they go above and beyond to solve a problem the easiest way possible without just saying you need a new unit..I recommend them to all of my friends for their heating and cooling needs..my mom's furnace of 26 years recently died..Rowdy came out with the new part and after getting it all opened told us we were going to need a new one. My mom being on a limited income was able to work with them to be able to get her a new one but not strap her on her ability to pay the full amount.they offer financing and helped every step of the way ..I highly recommend this company hands down

Requested a quote. They were here within a time frame that worked with my schedule. Charlie got here on time nice guy. In and out and got the quote sent over within the hour after they left or house! Thanks century! Also these guys have been in business for a while!

Had the crew from Century heating and air conditioning come fix my air conditioner at my house. It has never worked this good before in 15 years. very professional and fixed right. I would highly recommend.

We admittedly are not the customer directly. This company came out as a subcontractor to our home and installed a AC unit. We called them today and got a sweet lady who simply refused to discuss with us this installation. She had the gaul to hang up on us when we asked for a supervisor to discuss a possible faulty AC unit. She told us "that is not how this works" and hung up on us, simply because we asked for a supervisor. I am flabbergasted that this company would treat someone like this. With normally good reviews, makes it even more surprising that they behaved this way. Very sad to have had this experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone based solely on how they have acted today.

I can’t recommend Century Heating & AC Inc. enough. After receiving several ridiculous estimates I’m so happy I found this company. John was at my house on Monday 8/7/2023 to give me an estimate. Not only did he give me the most affordable options to replace a 2 ton unit. John, listen to my concerns and was the only company to suggest a solution to a big issue I have. Since my AC was located outside my bedroom window it would wake me when it turned on in the middle of the night. John suggested moving the AC to the front of my house which has made the biggest difference. I can finally sleep with the AC on.
Lastly, he had my AC installed on 8/14/2023 exactly 1 week from receiving my quote. John answered all of my questions and made the installation process simple. The technician they sent over Greg was incredible. He was efficient & worked in 104 degree weather. And was fantastic in explaining all the required permitting & work required for my new AC system.
Lastly they even took care of registering my AC unit with the manufacture on my behalf, and sent me all the paperwork via email. Im so grateful to have found a solid heating & AC company that has integrity.

Helena did a great job servicing our furnace. She did a very thorough cleaning and, when she was done, she took the time to explain what she had found.

After multiple attempts with 3 other companies to repair my A/C & Furnace for inconsistency in efficiency just to be told I needed to purchase a new furnace. I luckily found Century Heating and Air conditioning. They arrived per set schedule and did what no other company could. Technician Rowdy diagnosed the issue and had my system repaired in less than an hour. My system works better than it ever has and he saved me thousands of $$$. Thanks Rowdy

Century heating and cooling is the best company in the business for HVAC work. The owner of the company is super awesome and does excellent work on whatever project you have. He has done a lot of work at our house including installing an AC unit, going into the crawl space to fixing the pipes, and going into the attic to fix a serious issue that was causing a leak in my bathroom. The pricing is beyond fair and the work that the company does is the best in the business for HVAC work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use their services into the future.

Century Heating and Air Conditioning have helped us out many times over the past years with our 42 year old furnace. Finally we decided to get a new one and they did an outstanding job of replacing it. They were prompt and efficient in everything they did.
