Scott was very knowledgeable about ACs and fixed ours very expediently and at a reasonable cost. Steven the owner was right on top of things from the get go. Would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Control.

I had a level 2 EV charger hardwired next to my electrical panel in my garage. I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience. They were responsive, quick to schedule me and completed the job within a couple of days of my initial discussion with them. The job itself took less than 2 hours. I received quotes from 6 electrical companies and Comfort Connection came in with the most competitive offer. If you need a level 2 EV charger installed, I highly recommend this business.

Comfort Connection always delivers great quality for a solid value. They installed my furnace and air conditioner three years ago and Scott just serviced my furnace. He was fast, thorough, and personable.

I never write a review so this is a big deal for me. I had a few things that needed be done in my house. I searched and looked at different companies and got quotes. At every step of of this process Comfort Connection was at the top. They are honest and they are not out there to take advantage of you.They quoted a fair price, much lower than the others. However the workmanship, the attention to work and the care to our home was excellent. They checked our air conditioner and made recommendations and gave options as it is an older unit. Justin installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom and a chandelier in our dining room. He is a master electrician and it shows. I will always go back to them. This is a great company.

Great service, wonderful tech., diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem at a fair price. Highly recommend!

We're a few months out from our installation, so I thought I'd update:

Steven and his team came out and replaced the entire HVAC system for us at the beginning of the summer. I'm admittedly a high-maintenance customer and Steven was on-site throughout the process and after, making sure things were perfect. They even fixed something ugly the previous contractor had done.

We're hitting 100 degree days now and the system isn't even straining. House gets to and stays whatever temperature we want and we never hear it.

We're using less electricity, making less noise, with better comfort and a clean install. Highly recommended.

Had an electrical issue, and Justin came out and repaired it same day. Great service, he was thorough in diagnosing the problem properly and communicative/transparent about pricing and what needed to be done. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Comfort Connection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive.

Amazing and so knowledgeable. Ask for Jeremy. He is so kind and amazing. They listen and help with difficult houses. Also the don’t mind you asking questions . It’s local owed / family owned. I try to support local and small business. I have had 7 other bids over 4 years and the price was great and honest in all charges. So refreshing . All so kind to the people in the office to the owners . They have financing too. The installers Richard and I believe Shawn was full of smiles and so fast and kind . Also the electrician does come out at the end of the installation. Justin was knowledgeable.

I want to add to the list of happy customers here. I'd used Comfort Connection to replace my gas furnace about five years ago, so when it was time to hook up the A/C, I knew I wanted to work with them again due to the fair prices and good service that I remembered. When the furnace had been installed, they had given me the option to have the furnace be "A/C ready." I had taken that option, so adding the heat pump and wiring was just $4,500. I felt this was a totally reasonable deal and didn't even bother to get another estimate.

The A/C team, Scott and Troy, came out to install the heat pump for the A/C, took great care to install it in a way that would look as attractive as possible given my limited options for placement. Honestly, it turned out so much nicer than I expected! But as they were wrapping up the job an about to connect to the electrical panel in my basement, Scott noticed evidence of smoke in my electrical panel.Sure enough. And then later, you could see where things had melted. Ack! Not what a homeowner wants to see or deal with, but the alternative is the potential for a house fire.

Comfort Connection also has Steve's son Justin as the company's electrician. He saw pictures of the issue that Scott had flagged and said that it was unsafe and that he could install a new electrical panel with a surge protector the next day. All for a reasonable price. He also looked at various electrical questions I had about my old 1927 house, which gave me ideas for upgrading various two-prong, ungrounded outlets.

The next day, as Justin was replacing the panel, he showed me more evidence of melting and unfortunately, that the main line coming in from the street was kind of disintegrating. Again, not what I was hoping to hear, but glad that I found out this way rather than through a house fire. Justin immediately called PGE to get a sticker put on my house because we'd now have to relocate the power box (I'm sure the term is wrong--but the box that the power from the street comes into on your house). PGE came out within a couple of hours, posted the green power box sticker, and then connected with Justin about disconnecting and reconnecting the power the next day so that Justin could move the box and then got on with installing the new panel.

Justin showed up at 6:15am the next day to get this all done. My power had been out since 11am the day before, and it was 32 degrees outside. He and Scott, with proper disconnect and reconnect of the main power got everything done by 5pm that night. It was a long day for those guys, and they were super polite, even asked for a mat to not track dirt down into my carpeted basement. Then they clean up nicely downstairs. And... a big deal... they went through the entire house and outlets an labeled that electrical panel (which was a mystery in its previous incarnation--it was always guesswork to figure out what switch did what). All this is to say that this crew, from Steve who gave the original A/C estimate, to Scott and Troy how nicely place and wired/plumbed the heat pump, to Justin and Scott who made this house feel safe again... well, you couldn't hope for a better experience. And their prices are totally reasonable if not lower, I suspect, than that of others. So thanks you guys. And a thanks too to their people who do the scheduling and invoicing--they were always pleasant and helpful on the phone! An all around good experience.

My Bryant furnace and AC lasted for 25 years and needed to be replaced. After talking to several companies, I went with Bryant again and chose Comfort Connection for the job. They are local, had great reviews and are owned by the same family for a long time. I am so glad I did!

From Jeremy, who was the project manager, to Cole and Scot, who were the technicians who did the installation, and Justine the electrician, the entire team was a class act! Everyone answered my questions thoroughly, and explained everything that they did in such a way that I understood what they were doing. They were obviously professionals who knew their jobs very well.

It was also very obvious to me in watching them work that they enjoyed what they were doing and it was important to them that the job they were doing be done right and very well. They left my home as neat and clean as they had found it.

My introduction to Comfort Connection started with a phone call. The phone was answered quickly and the young lady answering the phone was very friendly and professional. If that initial call had not gone well, I would have called someone else immediately. I got the impression that everyone connected with this company understands what customer service is all about and embraces it. These days, that is so refreshing!

I would highly recommend these folks and I know that they would always do a great job. I intend to keep them as my service providers.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Comfort Connection. We had come home from vacation to a cold house, the furnace obviously not working. This was Friday at 3pm. I called Steven at CC - he had installed the Bryant furnace three years ago, and did a great job. Steven got us on the repair schedule for Monday at 11am. Matt arrived on-time and diagnosed the issue - a burned out blower motor - and worked with their ops guys to find a local replacement part. But, the parts supplier made a mistake and sent the wrong blower motor (no fault of Matt or CC), not realized until they unboxed the replacement and it clearly was not the right replacement. The CC team prioritized working with the supplier and had the replacement (which was 500 miles away) priority shipped to their shop. The replacement was received first thing the next morning, and CC had Matt on a truck with the right blower within two hours. A couple of hours later, the repair was complete by Matt, and all is working! I want to highlight Matt's and Steven's commitment to get us working again, despite some curve balls. Matt's a great service tech, and one of the friendliest and positive people you'll every work with. Through the whole thing, I knew the CC team was working to get the job done as fast as possible! A bit over a year ago, we replaced our gas furnace and A/C with a heating and cooling heat pump from this company. They wisely advised we also have a gas furnace for backup.
As it turns out, the heating part of the heat pump really hasn’t worked well. When we finally realized that, we called and they came out.
Numerous service visits plus one visit including the manufacturer’s expert, we are on the way to a full replacement.
The owner has kept me informed. To me, the measure of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong.

Can't say enough, the entire process was hassle free and easy. We had a Mitsubishi system installed and it is very quiet, efficient and evenly heats every room regardless of its size. They installed the system in one day with impeccable quality. Friendly workers onsite and on the phone great company recommend!

The technician, Warren, did a great job. Very thorough, patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Mine is an older unit and we discussed the alternatives of repair versus replacement. Decided on repairs at this point and he checked the entire system and acknowledged that because it was a cooler day, he may have to come back to "fine tune" it. I would definitely request him for service again in the future.

John gave me the quote. He was very professional, friendly and a great listener. Explained everything in detail. Price was excellent, lower than all 6 quotes I received. Greg installed my new hvac system. He was professional, friendly, eager to answer questions, worked very hard and cleaned up really well. He did an excellent job. Would recommend him for all hvac installations and maintenence. I will continue to use their services in the future.

This company and it's front office person (Dallas) and service repairmen are stupendous (Oren, Mike and Gregory). We have had them fix a couple issues on our furnace and Oren did an amazing job trouble shooting and fixing our overhead patio gas heater. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Thorough, prompt, affordable and really nice people!

This company is absolutely amazing. The service of Charlie is unmatched. He came back, he drove to another store, he showed up early, his communication was excellent. Business card on the fridge! Absolutely recommend, if there were more than 5 stars, Charlie earned them.

I called to have the heating and refrigeration unit checked. When Charlie came, he was honest and told us that the weather had to warm to 65 degrees before he could check the air conditioning unit. I appreciated his honesty as another company could have charged me for both units and not let on that nothing was done on the air conditioning. He was prompt, personable and a pleasure to work with. We have used Century for furnace installation and maintenance and always been very pleased!
