Our AC unit suddenly stopped working yesterday - I spent all evening trying to find someone to help, but everyone was booked up for 3+ weeks. Brian called me right away this morning, showed up earlier than estimated, and fixed our AC unit within a matter of minutes! He was so kind, straightforward, and we are SO appreciative. There was even a small billing glitch (not his fault), and it was quickly resolved without issue. Cannot recommend Hoodview Heating & Air Conditioning enough.

We were very pleased with Hoodview HVAC. They replaced our old top discharge AC unit (which was 21 years old) with a new side discharge unit. They included pulling in new refrigerant lines and provided a cover for the lines where they exited the home to the the new unit. The project was completed in less than a day. We had several quotes for this project and Brian provided the best value. We would definitely recommend Brian and his crew for your HVAC needs.

Had a circuit board go out late last fall. Called several HVAC service companies recommended by the manufacturer. A couple said they would get to us but Hoodview was the one that showed up when they said they would. Started a service contract after they quickly replaced the bad component and just had the first maintenance check today. Was pleased to see a detailed diagnostic report within hours of the service.

There’s none better than Hoodview Heating. I’ve used this company going on 20 years for maintenance twice a year called the Comfort Club on a heat pump which they installed. Yesterday we had a new heat pump installed everything is top notch I’ll never use a different company for my heating and cooling. Ask for Brian or Ryan they’re the best techs you’ll ever need and never be disappointed.

I have sent two requests for services. My problem is either the Rc wire or a fuse. The nest isn’t getting power and if I charge it and dock it on the wall it tells me this error! We are not getting heat and I am willing to pay just about anything for the services. The guy on the phone seemed to like his voice a little too much.

The first time he reached out to me after I submitted my request. He said how much he hates the nest and it must be an issue with that. He highly recommended I replace it with a new one and go from there even though I was 99.999 percent sure it’s a wire issue. So I purchased a new one that’s giving the same exact error code.

I reached out a second time and they said “I guess they can do a diagnostics I don’t know what to say” so I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 6pm and no one showed up!
Yes, I got a missed call from them to confirm my appointment the day before but it was a Sunday and since I just made the appointment on Friday for the following Monday I didn’t think it was a REQUIREMENT to confirm it again. I was expecting someone to show up and assist me. I was already $200 down after they recommended replacing my nest.

I used to get serviced by this company every winter and it was a different gentleman before who knew exactly what he was doing. I don’t know what happened to him but this new guy is clearly terrible and unreliable.

Brian & Ryan at Hoodview are absolute gems. Brian has been taking care of my family’s furnace needs for years. They are always prompt, efficient and affordable. I really appreciate the clear communication, friendliness and honesty. It is so rare these days to feel like you can trust a company or service provider but I feel confident in trusting Hoodview.

Our system was acting up and we woke up to a freezing cold house. Brian told me over the phone how to do a reset in case it was a simple fix (to save me money!) and when it wasn’t he had his technician Ryan out to fix it before noon. Rockstar Ryan had our heat back on before lunch!

Excellent experience. Honest, fair, fast and efficient. Steve was great over the phone and in person. Made the appointment same day as the phone call and got my heater back up and running quickly. When my friends need a heater repair man, I'm pointing them to Steve. He is the real deal.

Love this company, they’ve installed a half split, and serviced our HVAC unit (showed before and after pictures to me when it was done)- I love ‘em.

About 10 days ago a different company came to service me old oil furnace. They told me they would no longer be about to service my oil furnace after this time since as a company they were no longer offering the service. They then proceeded to tell me I needed new furnace and repairing it was not worth it. 24 hours later or stopped working and they provided a $25,000 replacement quote. I decided to get additional quotes and Steven from Confort Connections sold me with his amazing price (more than half the price) and personality. He moved things around to start on my project going since I no longer had heat! His crew was amazing and got things done quickly and efficiently! They also were able to let me use my Google Nest bey calling Google to program it with the new system. This may not seem like a big deal, but it was a little thing showing they cared. That other company said they weren't willing to do that!

Comfort Connections went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of! And best of all, I have central air now!

I relied upon Comfort Connection to change out an old ceiling fan in a bedroom. The electrician was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly--and the job was completed quickly and at a price that I considered reasonable.

A/c unit replaced with new unit. Service completed as well as piping replaced that was loose, at no extra charge! Techs were friendly & did a great job.

I'm a Layman when it comes to anything HVAC and my AC inexplicably went out in the dead of the summer. These guys came out the same day I called to take a look. Within 2 minutes of looking at the unit Cody had diagnosed the problem (shot compressor) and within 10 minutes he had a new one installed. He stuck around to do thorough testing once it was up and running and then spent time giving me ideas and advice on issues I've been having heating my house while we waited to make sure the AC wouldn't kick out right away again. He was really great honestly, very helpful, really down to earth and positive. Highly recommend.

Steve gave us an excellent price, his quote was lower by far than 3 others we got. He replaced our 50 year old heater with a new one and prepared the way for us to have AC next year. he and his crew did the work in one day, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and spent time answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend his work any day of the week.

Both Steven (the owner) and Daniel (who did the work!) and Maria (who made the appointments), were very pleasant, a pleasure to deal with, and come recommended without reservation. We installed an Air Scrubber in our HVAC system which we believe will materially combat a variety of allerergic tendencies, especially helping my wife to feel more “normal”. The service could not have been better. Steve was very informative and delivered everything he promised. We signed the proposal on a Thursday and Austin and Sergy arrived 4 days later first thing Monday morning. They had replaced our old furnace and installed a new A/C system by Monday evening. The ducting and electrical work looked great and the price was 30% under the other estimates we got, plus we actually got a larger 3 ton A/C unit where the other estimates were for 2.5 ton. Not only that, every other company said it would be at least 6-8 weeks before they could install. Highly recommended!

My name is Mark W. In colton or. Got a good deal on a mini split system on line for my new addition. The big problem was no one would help me hook it up. Thay all only install there own modes, not on bought on line. One of my last hope calls was to comfort connection expecting the same run around. Steven the owner said , no problem, he would send a fella over who specialized in there installs, Scott, on his day off to get her done. A fair price & a few hours & I was set. Newer furnace quit working. Company that installed had changed hands and the new owners were difficult to work with and wanted to charge high prices for a warranty covered issue.
The team at Comfort Connection kept us updated on progress of a circuit board coming in and were quick to come install to get us up and running.
Best service and HVAC team we’ve worked with. Professional, helpful, listened and solved our dilemma. Will forever be thankful for finding them.

Very good service....This company really cares about its customers. I needed to have Comfort Connection check on my air conditioner , which was not working all the time and replace my thermostat. Steve found out that I needed to replace a part in the unit itself. Lucky for me he had the part with him at the time and installed the new part. Now I have air conditioner that works and a brand new Thermostat. He also had enough time to answer all my questions about the new themostat.
