Out of 10 Contractors that I called in the area, only this one answered. I unfortunately needed another type of contractor for my issue, still this gentleman was able to take the time and recommend someone. Polite/helpful will for sure use him next time I need HVAC work.

Brian does a great job of determining the problems and repairing our older zoned furnace system. He is timely, leaves it clean and running well. I recommend Hoodview Heating.

Of course the a/c went out at one of the hottest times but Hoodview was able to diagnose over the phone and made it a point to try their hardest to help us out the same day. He repaired the problem and now the a/c unit is humming nicely!! Thank you so much for helping us beat this heat!!!

Very responsive when we’ve had issues, and love the comfort club prepaid maintenance. Knowledgeable about talking through pros & cons different replacement options (thankfully AC still going strong after a scare, but appreciated the time & counseling).

I am so impressed with this company. I called them looking for a second opinion about our furnace. A different company quoted us a $800 fix. The owner didn’t have time to come out to look at our furnace, so he listened to the issues we were having, and gave us recommendations on how to DIY fix it on our own. I am trying to get bids and service on a hydro radiant heat system in a home I just bought. The wiring is a mess, the furnace is older than me, and all of the radiators in the house were taken out at some point.

I inquired with Hoodview Heating to see if they could help. Bryan called not long after I submitted my inquiry just to let me know that this isn't the kind of system he works on, but he wanted to call personally to let me know so I wouldn't be left hanging.

He also, just as a helpful human and not as a professional on this system, walked me through what I might be looking at, how the system *should* work, and what kind of professional/company I should be looking for to help.

I enjoyed speaking with him so much that I literally ran through my house to-do list to see if there was anything at all that would fall under what his company does.

Yall. I seriously almost cried when we couldn't find a single job that I could hire him for (his professional standards are so high that he only wants to work on the entire system so he can guarantee his work).

As I won't have a chance to work with him while I'm in this house, I beg you to call and work with this company. You truly don't find this level of customer service often anymore. He took 30 minutes out of his day to really help someone he knew wouldn't lead to a paid job- he just truly cares about people and what he does.

Fantastic service! Brian was very knowledgable about my current heating system, which is a gas furnace coupled with a 85,000 btu water heater. The water heater went out and I was contimplating seperating the two, which would allow me to replace the water heater for 1/4 of the price, but require that I purchase a stand alone furnace.
Brian did not try to oversell his service and actually talked me out of purchasing a new unnecessary furnace, which voided the need for his service; however, because he was honest, fair and knowledgable, I will certainly use him should I ever have a furnace issue in the future.
I would highly recommend Hoodview to anyone who is looking at options and trying to discern the best route for their residential heating needs.

It was a really hot day and the temperature in my house was going up. I called Brian and he came within the hour. He had the problem fixed in about 10 minutes. Being part of his maintenance program, the cost was amazing. Thank you, Brian for being so attentive.

I didn't end up using Hoodview, but I talked to Brian on the phone and he walked me through an issue I was having with my thermostat. He didn't have to do it, but he took time out of his day to help me with my problem as much as he was able to. I'll be using this business for my future HVAC needs.

Hoodview is the best. I have been a service customer for 10 years and they are always right on top of my seasonal services. For the first time I had a problem with my air conditioner last Saturday. I called expecting to just leave a message for a call back on Monday. To my surprise Brian answered the phone. He walked me thru some things to see if we could just fix it over the phone and when none of them worked he said he could come out that afternoon to look at it. He came out and was able to fix it in no time at all. When I asked what I owed him he said nothing. WOW. If you are looking for a heating and air conditioning person, Brian is the best!!!

We've been using Hoodview for over a decade now. They always do good, reliable work. Brian treats us like family. Our AC quit on us during the recent heat wave. Despite all the other emergency calls he got, he managed to fit us in to his busy schedule. I'm sure there are tons of HVAC businesses out there, but we're sticking with Hoodview.

These folks have been taking care of us for as long as we had our new heating/cooling unit (5+ years). Brian and his folks have always taken care of us, made sure our unit is working properly and is in tip-top shape, and does it for a very reasonable price. I'm glad we started working with them, and am happy to have them as our service provider.

After 2 days without heat in near freezing temps, we were so grateful to have Brian promptly return our call, troubleshoot the issue and hurry over within a couple hours. He was able to fix the puzzle that is our furnace and kept us on speed dial in case the "ghost issue" returns...Thank you Brian!!

Brian came within 24 hrs from my call, and he promptly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was back the next day with replacement part and our A/C is working great again. Definetely a positive experience!

We went through two other people to fix our HVAC issues, but Brian is the one who solved the issue. We are on a maintenance program with Hoodview which gives us more confidence that our system will continue to work well. In addition, we are sent seasonal information that is useful and enjoyable.
