I hired Jordan in January to replace an old unit that I had in my business. I was excited to work with a small company since my business is family owned and operated. I do believe it’s important to support small businesses especially during this Covid day and age.
We paid Jordan nearly $5000 as a deposit to begin our project, and he came out and ripped out our old unit and ductwork. However, he then told us that he would be unable to replace the ductwork himself and it would need to be subcontracted out. (If we knew this in the beginning, we would not have hired him to do the project.) Two weeks after the project started, He got one quote for the small amount of ductwork to connect the new unit to our building and it was nearly double the entire project cost. Jordan said he would get us some more quotes and to give him a couple days so we waited, and waited. The next week we felt as if we were not being made a priority and our business was still without heat, so we requested to terminate our contract with him and to receive a refund for the project so we may have the opportunity to work with someone else. He said that that was fine and that he would get back to us that evening about resolving what kind of a refund was due. We did not hear back from him. There was many conversations going back-and-forth where he said he would get back to us and he would give us itemized receipts but it was excuse after excuse and we have been left hanging without heat in our business for two months! Unfortunately we have had to go through filing a complaint with the CCB and will be proceeding to small claims court to get any money back. This has put our business and our family in a very stressful financial situation. Three people have lost income since there has been days too cold to work, and some clients have cut session short because it is too uncomfortable in the building. Jordan does not care about doing what is right in this situation obviously since he has left us hanging for nearly 2 months. Also, the insurance he has listed with the CCB is not a valid policy. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else. I do not recommend Climate Kings.

So it was my first weekend in my new home I just bought and we hadn't had heat for a whole week and it was freezing. I had NW Natural come out to see if they could figure why my furnace wasn't working and got no where. I was crying and really upset because all the companies that work with NW Natural weren't going to get to me for a whole nother week so as I was crying my friend found this website with Jordan called him he answered and after him finding out I was upset he talked to me calming me down and was able to come that Monday to take a look at my furnace. Monday came and we then found out our furnace was really out dated and not up to code, Jordan took care of everything including his brother who was in town from California. I would recommended Jordan and his company to anyone they were amazing and friendly. I could go on all day how amazing they are. Thanks Jordan

My house lost heat I’m the coldest part of the winter and I called Climate Kong’s based on their reviews and they did not disappoint. Jordan responded as soon as he could after a job he did and was at my house 30 min before he said he would be. He had the problem fixed within 20 min and the heat was back on. Thank you Jordan!! Found Climate Kings on google search and contacted them. Jordan is the owner, he had a scheduled day off but was very helpful in taking care of my AC unit on a 110+ degrees day. AC unit stopped working the night before on a 100+ degree day. Highly recommend his company if you're still browsing around.

Jordan was responsive, honest, informed, skilled, fast, and did quality work. He also gave me a couple tips on my furnace and home climate system for emergency situations. 10/10, would hire again and unequivocally recommend to family without hesitation.

This is the 2nd time we've hired Jordan's company to to HVAC work for us. This time was a major job of overhauling my mothers aged system. Jordan is personable, professional and of very high integrity. His team was enjoyable to work with and at the end of the day, the very difficult job got done and within budget. We hit a few road blocks due to manufacturer system issues, but he was patient and showed up daily to work on the system until fixed and this was during the holidays.

I've used Climate Kings on multiple occasions and multiple properties. Most recently, they repaired our home A/C unit. Climate Kings showed up when they said they would. The repair took 2 days, due to having to get additional parts. They fixed everything necessary on our older air conditioning unit right before a 99 degree day. It now works like a champ! We have recommended Climate Kings to family and friends, who have all been very happy with their service. We've been using Climate Kings for years, they've always done a great job! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Jordan is an absolute nightmare to work with. Fixing my AC was a difficult task for him, and after coming over multiple times to try and fix it, and spending over $500, the air doesn’t auto cycle anymore, and now he ignores my phone calls and texts. Do yourself a favor and go with a real company.

Jordan is an amazing owner and professional of this company. When installing my new furnace, he arrived when he said he would and, then provided expert service. A few years later, he promptly responded when I needed him.

Jordan was timely and serviced our outdoor unit. I called around and where most companies were “good luck” and “maybe can see you in July”, Jordan assessed and fixed our issues without hesitation. Definitely, recommend Climate Kings and will be using them for my future needs.

Jordan has fully blown me off. Our business relationship started off great, he was prompt, talented and professional. Then out of no where he started missing appointments, making excuses, and not following up on unfinished work that he has already received payment for. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but its been almost 3 weeks since I've last seen him, and 13 days since he has last replied to any number of phone calls and text messages. The guys talented, maybe just in over his head, but the fact that he asks 60% down on to schedule jobs and then doesn't come through is very suspicious.

The price was 4k for a new heat pump and and air handler. However, the service was not so good. First of all, Jordan is unable to keep his scheduled appointments.
We ordered, and paid for, a piece of (optional) equipment for our new furnace. We had to remind Jordan to install it. The clean up and removal of our old system was not handled well. We had to clean up, each day that he left (it was many). We had to put our own furnace cover and trim back up. The old equipment sat in front of our home, for over a week, before he finally removed it. We found out later, that our copper tubing was not supported, insulated or secured. He put our thermostat in the place that was easiest for him, but not optimal for us. In addition, it took over a week, to install the system. Finally, it's been 14 months and our system shut down. When we called, Jordan for help, he has put us off two days. We have another company handling our repairs now. A very big disappointment from start to finish, with JORDAN AT CLIMATE KINGS.

Jordan is without a doubt the best HVAC person to work with. He is very professional and tries to help you anyway he can. He help my parents with there furnace and they were very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jordan and his team do really good work! The only issue my husband had is that they left the old AC unit and parts out in our front yard for about week before it was picked up. We are also still waiting on photos of the finished duct work they did under the house while installing the new AC coolant line but other than that they did great! I would recommend them to others.

The temperatures outside are getting cooler and my HVAC system is working harder to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. Like many home owners we sometimes forget the preventative maintenance needed in order for things to run more efficiently.

When I called Climate Kings, a technician was able to come out the next day! Jordan was helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, punctual, and efficient with his work. Clearly experienced and knowledgeable about systems and care. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Came out and installed heat pumps. The work done was good, but then a year later and 189$ charges to my card started to pop up, then another and another. I tried calling many times over the course of a few days and got no answer or call back. Tried texting and got nothing back. The 600 dollars has caused me to over draft and mis payments to other services. I am now having to look at other ways of handling this.

I have used Climate Kings several times during the past few years~furnace repairs, new furnace install and now an AC unit, just in time for the latest heat wave. I am super happy with the unit and the responsiveness of Jordan and his crew. He basically had to work around my very complex schedule and I'm happy to say, I'm loving my first day with air conditioning! 100% would recommend this company.

We ended up having to replace a heat pump unit, but these things happen. Pricing was fair and they were quick with the turnaround and installation.
