GG heating/cooling did an amazing job for me and my wife. They were amazing at communicating and made the process so easy. 10/10 out of customer support and the end product I could not be more happier. We just moved into our new home with no AC and 30 year old heating system. They were so fast to upgrade up system and communicated with me every step of the way. Highly recommend them! Can’t thank them enough.

Amazing. AMAZING! I don't even know what to say. Ernie called me up on a Tuesday and asked if he could come and check out the project. By Wednesday afternoon the install was done! We had our ancient furnace replaced and had central AC installed. I've never had a better experience with a contractor. So fast, so easy. It was incredible. I told Ernie i thought i must be dreaming! Everything worked great from the get-go, they left no mess, and barely even made any noise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Aladdin to others.

Ernie and his crew at Aladdin are the best in the valley. After taking the time to discuss the various options (with detailed recommendations based on my specific needs, and referencing research on the efficiency of various systems), his crew made the extra effort to venture outside their normal service area within 24 hours to replace my heat pump and furnace. Not only did they save me a significant amount of money, they had my new HVAC system up and running weeks sooner than the next best bid. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

Aladdin installed a new furnace and AC for us via the Multnomah County Weatherization program. Ernie was an excellent project manager, and communicated very well throughout the whole project. When a couple of items needed additional work (old house things), he went above and beyond to advocate for us to the Weatherization Program, and ensured our needs were included within the scope of the program’s coverage without any additional cost to us. This was a great experience, we couldn’t be happier with the products and services.

Ernie and Aladdin made the process of converting our home system from an old oil furnace to a high capacity heat pump a smooth and (believe it or not) enjoyable experience. First of all and most importantly Ernie is a gem of a human and someone who I knew I could trust immediately. He is genuinely out to support his customers and the community in the best way possible. He helped us to secure all the best rebates offered by county, city, state and federal and took care of as much as that on his end as possible. Aladdin is a family run business and I would highly recommend Ernie and his company to anyone who needs HVAC service!

I can't explain how amazing these people are. Ernie is amazing he is such a kind person. All the workers are so respectful they are very kind people. If you're going to go for any company I promise you these people are the ones. I am so amazed as to the amount of comfort that I've had from the heat and cooling that I've gotten from them. I only got this about 2 days ago but this has been a miracle for me. I promise you all you have to call them. Veteran run. Never forget to thank your veterans. One Year Later – Still Extremely Impressed!

I had a heat pump installed by Aladdin about a year ago, and I can confidently say it was one of the best home upgrades I’ve ever made. From day one, the system has been running quietly and efficiently—exactly what I was hoping for.

The installation process was smooth, Ernie and his team were professional and respectful of my home, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. A year in, my energy bills are noticeably lower, and the system has kept my home comfortable through both winter and summer without any issues.

Highly recommend Aladdin to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC team.

I had to fire this company for their complete incompetence. Upon removing my old unit I discovered the sub floor was rotten and would not support the new unit. When I stopped the install he got very upset.

He also wanted to put a plywood door over the space because he didn’t have the experience to find the right sized replacement unit for the limited space I have.

This guy only cares about making money. He has the audacity to state, ‘ We treat your home like ours’. This guy lives in a million dollar home and taking short cuts and ripping people off is how he got there.

I hired a REAL hvac contractor and the results were perfect!

Did not fix my air conditioner. Had to have them come back 3 times. Go somewhere else. If a zero star was an option that’s what I would mark
