Great company with great people, quality work that gets done on time safely.

They lied about how many days it would take. They lied about how long they would be here each day. They use workers who don't speak English so it's impossible to communicate with the workers who come to your house and it's hard to get ahold of the manager who is the only one that does speak English.

Moreno's did a fantastic job filling in a dated sunken living room floor after another contractor's work resulted in soft spots. They were prompt, cleaned the work area (even mopped the floor!), were communicative & reasonably priced. We would not only use them again but highly recommend them to others.

The Moreno's Team did everything they could to get my facility up and running in the time I gave them. It was great to work with the whole team and they really went out of their way to meet our very tight deadlines. I would definitely recommend and I will be definitely be using them again for any facility upgrades.

Moreno Construction fix my crooked gutter and reattached a few shutters that became loose. Juan did a great job and I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Juan--as well as Hector and Alison--have been fantastic to work with. Their work is exceptional, the prices are fair, and the attention to detail is better than nearly any contractor or professional I've worked with previously.

We have hired Moreno's for multiple projects now, and each time they have done the work in a timely and professional manner. The fence/gate in the photos are gorgeous in real life as well, and the workmanship is exceptional. We are having them add a full length fence to the back of our property because their work is so good. I'd post those pictures, but the job is literally in process. They are also incredibly kind and personable, easy to talk with and relate to.

A few things that set them apart:

1) no job is too small, or too unimportant. We had a small patch of concrete that needed to be poured at a rental property and they took on the small job and did a great job, which has led to bigger jobs, which they've handled even more competently.

2) Juan and his team always clean up immaculately after themselves.

3) There is a high level of craftsmanship and pride in their work. This really stands out, and is greatly appreciated.

Reasonable price and great service. Always quick response by text message or phone call.

Awesome people to work with. Highly recommend them for anyone needing to do resturant construction.
