Phoenix Roofing replaced our roof this summer (2022) and did a terrific job. Their bid was lower than some others I received, but after some back and forth with a few questions I had it was clear they knew what they were doing and would deliver a high quality result. We were not disappointed! The new roof looks great, they repaired some minor sagging sections and rotting decking, and I can feel confident knowing our roof is now in great shape. They are ethical and stand by their quality work. We noted noise is loader inside the bathroom after installation of the skylight, and they quickly arranged fixing it for us. I recommend them to anyone in need of roof work and would call them again when I'm in need of any roof-related jobs.

I needed some drywall installed around my living room window that was damaged after a roof leak. I had gotten several quotes and ultimately decided to go with Phoenix Construction based on the plan they presented to my wife. She appreciated that they took the time to explain the entire process to her. It was a one man job and He came on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. He taped up plastic sheets around to contain the dust, cleaned up as he worked and the he even showed some techniques to my very curious 8 year old son. I will recommend them to anyone that asks and have a few other jobs in the future that I will be hiring them again.

Phoenix Quality Construction made my day! I had struggled with water leaks and they came out as soon as they could and took care of it. They had to spend more time and materials but sticked with the original quote. They were very professional from the start to the end. Excellent work at reasonable price and I know I’ll use them whenever I need help for my house. I got the referral from my friend who had the roof from them and I will refer them to my friends with confidence.

My house had damaged siding on the chimney and rain was leaking into my attic. I searched for contractors with good reviews. I came across Phoenix Quality Construction and based on the positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment for a bid on the work. Val sent out one of his employees to assess the work needed. After receiving their quote, I decided to have them schedule the work. Raul and Santos came out that Sunday and worked diligently to complete the work that day. Raul was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions thoroughly and is very friendly. The crew showed attention to detail and cleaned the work space before leaving the job. Val came out at the completion of the work to ensure everything was satisfactory before the crew left.

Ready to work!

I had them do a fairly small excavation and dig, and it went great! Their price quote was among the lowest, they worked with me to meet my scheduling needs, and the guys who came out were total pros! They made the job look easy. (It wasn’t easy - they were good.)
I even had a few sort of picky special requests during the dig, and they just rolled with it. Got everything done to my exact specs, and spent the time to make sure it was right, protect the other parts of the property, and get it nicely cleaned up afterwards. Will use again if I have the chance, and highly recommend.

I’m amazed and quite simply blown away by the thoughtfulness and professionalism of Kerry and the entire crew of V & K. Our job was complicated and covering many acres. The team was able to clear acres of thick brush with ease. They left the site fully prepped and ready for grass seed. Brush was neatly stacked in burn piles but he could have chipped it up with his monster brush chipper.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had the pleasure of V&K Construction out on our farm. The installed our septic tank and drain field (no small feat on our sloppy and hilly site). Kerry has also prepared a field for cultivation, built us greenhouse footings, and built us a wonderful road.
I’m forever grateful to Kerry and the entire team at V and K!!! They are thoughtful professionals, honest and fair in pricing, and exceptionally prompt. I highly recommend this team for any of your construction or brush clearing needs!

The super or project manager on site for a job has no professionalism. Walks up on people screaming at them. Never trespassed, as I work for the owner of the property where construction is going on. Tone it down when approaching people and speak civil. I understand safety but also I understand respect!
