Best Quality!! strongly Recommended.

Great service. I'm pretty sure the apartment was cleaner than when I moved in after they were done cleaning it.

They scheduled an appointment with me and never showed up or called. I had to call them. They said they went another place and could come later. I told them no thank you because I think it is very unprofessional to schedule and not call or show up.

I plan to follow up and try again after her response. Will review after services completely.

I have used Nikis Cleaning Service every week for almost a year and honestly couldn't live without them! They are punctual, super quick and so friendly and wonderful. My house starts the week spotless and it relieves so much stress. Love these ladies and can't recommend them enough!

Sydnee & Emily were great! The house looked wonderful - it was nice to have it fully cleaned after we've all been couped up here for 7 months. Both girls wore masks, socially distanced, and were very kind. Can't wait to have them back out!

Sally, Cassidy & Audrey show up with a positive attitude and are able to work around whatever is going on in our home, giving a thorough and excellent cleaning. They smile and get the job done! I've trusted The Cleaning Authority to clean my home for years. They do an okay job overall. There isn't consistency in who performs the clean, so results vary. Sometimes things look great, other times things are missed or sloppy. The prices have increased frequently to the point I'm not sure I'm going to be able to continue the service. I've been a customer for 11 years and my price has increased 50% while the quality of clean and consistency have decreased.

About 2 years ago I started using The Cleaning Authority Hillsboro. I have no complaints. They show up every time the are scheduled to, they do a great job, and when I've been home they are super friendly. When I need a schedule change or have a question, the main office is super responsive. Easy and simple which is just what i need!

Incredible company! I coordinate a cleaning for my sister-in-laws house as a surprise when she went in for a surgery. Cleaning Authority Hillsboro helped me make it a surprise, easy to schedule and talk to, and sent over a great team to clean the house. My sister-in-law said they did a "fabulous" job. She said her house has never been cleaner. I was so grateful for their help.

Excellent Pricing and excellent service . Used the Cleaning Authority based on recommendation of my co-work who uses them monthly . I will start to have them over as well on a regular basis .

I had them help clean my apartment as i was moving unit. I cleaned the unit the best I could while still completing my move. They made the apartment i left look brand new , better than I could have done my self.

I've been using this cleaning service for about a year, and overall find it to be dependable and professional. The only drawback is that with their large client base its not possible to always have the same folks cleaning who are familiar with my home. I especially want to acknowledge the work of Trevor and Tori! They are REALLY GREAT cleaners who work hard and are concerned to do what helps me most. In addition, they are real good folks all around (eg. they love my cat!)

Team Cassie and Haalen were absolutely stellar! The deep clean was for a move-out, and the house was even cleaner than when I moved in. Highly recommended! Inspector Stephanie and team Angela and Kayla also helped and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

Just had a great experience with Cierra and Hillary. The house is so clean, they were so efficient, let themselves in and out, just happily worked around me while I was in meetings, they have masks on and keep at a distance at all times. They even very sweetly tidied away some of baby toys and folded the blankets in the cribs that I had left laying around after a crazy morning. Best feeling ever to finish meetings and look around to a sparkling house. Thank you!

This was my first time ever using a house cleaning service. I was amazed at the planning the put into the rotation schedule to maintain my place after the first two deep cleans. I have not been disappointed by the courteousness, professionalism and quality of the work done. I highly recommend them if you are in need of cleaning services.

Stephanie did an amazing job. She has cleaned my home before and is one of the few who does it solo. She is thorough and is willing and able to answer any questions I may have. Very friendly and hard working. Highly recommend!

I've started using cleaning authority for a few months now. With a new baby, there's not alot of time to clean. Cleaning authority does a great job at keeping my house clean. I added fridge and oven cleaning too, it was very affordable. They are very professional and responsive. If I ever have an issue, it is immediately addressed. Will definitely recommend!!

The cleaners were very pleasant, thorough and expertly cleaned my very dirty condo. They really hit all the places where my previous cleaners never touched. I would love to have them come again! Please try and send the same ones again. I especially feel good about the younger, tall young woman whose name I don't remember.
