Love my experience with Oregon Pro Maids. They are very detail oriented and always make sure the job is done completely. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a job well done.

Really great! Move out cleaning was easy to schedule and affordable. House turned out very clean afterwards!

I clearly communicated my needs via email and text. An appointment was set. The two housecleaners who arrived did less than half of what I had said I wanted, and they did half of they chose to do as well. For instance, they cleaned the stovetop but not the cooktop controls panel. They cleaned the bathroom floor but not the smaller kitchen floor. They wiped down my desks but didn't dust the living room end tables.

Communication was impossible, unfortunately. I'm pretty good with languages, but language was an insurmountable barrier this time. The cleaners didn't speak to me, and didn't understand when I tried to ask if they were going to do this or that. It took five minutes, for instance, to just explain that I did not want them to take away the trash bag they filled with the papers I had in my container for shredding (without asking). They wanted to put in the dumpster my credit card offers and unneeded bank statements.

I had agreed to pay cash, and there was no possibility for discussion about my dissatisfaction with the service, so I simply gave them the full agreed upon amount in cash. I simply will never use this service again nor recommend them.

Update: Oregon Pro Maids reached out to me about my experience. They refunded my money and offered to do a makeup clean today. Although I declined the makeup clean, I sincerely appreciate the company taking responsibility and doing what it can to make it right.

I was unimpressed with the clean and the level of service. They missed so many things and charged me almost $400 for a 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom house. When I questioned Oksana, she was quite rude and accused us of having a bunch of garbage they had to remove. There was some garbage under my sons bed. They collected two regular sized bags of garbage from the entire house and that included emptying all small garbage cans to large bags. I Will not use them for our regular cleans and I do not recommend.

My husband and I wanted to put our house up for sale and we wanted to hire cleaners to get the house in shape for professional pictures. We had zero responses from vendors on Angie's list so I finally thought I'd take a shot contacting someone from Craigslist. Enter Oregon Pro Maids. Oksana, the owner, is very nice and responds quickly via text. She was able to offer a number of openings just days from our first communication. She promptly sent her license and insurance info. Marina and Ivan showed up promptly and tackled the job of deep cleaning our 3800 square foot home. Five hours later, the house looks so good, hubs doesn't want to move. Marina and Ivan were very courteous and hard-working and were incredibly thankful for the tips they well deserved. We will definitely use this service again!

The maid did an amazing job, everything looks excellent! I hired Oregon Pro Maids for a moving-related cleaning. They did the job in a timely manner, and also were able to clean a part of my freezer that I didn't think was possible to clean up. Above and beyond, thanks!!!

I was looking for once a week cleaning and found it with Oregon Pro Maids. Olena comes to my place on Mondays. I always receive a confirmation message ahead of time. They have been easy to communicate with as well as efficienct and thorough.

We had oregon pro maids for a last minute standard house cleanup since our regular cleaners were busy. 2 women showed up. Their service was below average, the surfaces they cleaned still had dirt on them, however when I sent them a review text, the person started attacking me and my house. About how big and dirty my house was and verbally abused me. Ours is a brand new 2 month old house, they called it really dirty which is absolutely untrue. All I wanted to say was that the services provided were not on par to what they charged us, however since they made the experience terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Oregon Pro Maids for over a year. They do a great job, very flexible if I need to switch days, and priced fair. I have used other services and they were more expensive and did not do a good job.

I've been hiring Oregon Pro Maids about once a month for about a year now, and they always do a phenomenal job. Not a lot of questions, they just take charge and get things clean, which is exactly what people want. Very responsive by text or email about scheduling, and rates are quite reasonable. I would recommend them highly to anyone! I love the way my place looks after they are finished, I just wish I could keep it that way myself lol.

I can’t say enough about this company! They’ve been cleaning my house for the past year or more. They are professional. They are always on time. They are extremely detailed. They always do what I ask. They are literally the best cleaning company in the Portland area. Frequently they will do additional things that aren’t even part of the contract… like clean the windows or vacuum under the couch cushions. Do not hesitate. Call them today :-)

I have been getting my house cleaned by Oregonn Pro Maid for the last 2 years for my vacation rental. I am extremely lucky to have found them. They are very dependable, and do a superb job. I am very satisfied with their work. Owner of the company is very consiencious and trust worthy and highly ethical. I highly recommend Oregon pro maid to anyone who wants worry free and dependable cleaners.

Excellent experience. I found Oregon Pro Maids through Craigslist and asked them do a move out clean for me with under a week to turn in keys. Very accommodating and prompt service. I was scheduled for that week. They were there before I arrived!

They cleaned the 4 bedroom, 2100 sq.ft house from top to bottom. Walls, bathroom, windows, floors, behind the fridge, behind the washer and dryer,...EVERYTHING. The house was immaculate!

The price was excellent. Actually, lower than many other places I called. I will be calling Oregon Pro Maids again!

Oregon Pro Maids Arrived on time at our home in hillsboro move out cleaning service. They did a complete floor to ceiling cleaning in every inch of the house and I was more than satisfied. They were very polite and they did such a great job - we hired them to do bi-weekly cleaning at our new house. I highly recommend Oregon Pro Maids for regular ongoing cleaning and for deep move out cleaning I haven't had better.

I highly recommend Oregon Pro Maids! We hired them to deep clean our rental and they were very professional and thorough. They managed to get rid of all the pet hair and make the place look brand new again.

This is the second time I have used Oregon Pro Maids. Both times have been amazing and i've been happy with the end results. The owner Oksana has been able to squeeze my cleanings in within the same week of booking. There are several different payment options, I personally use Zelle. The workers are very efficient and get everything asked of them done in a timely manner. I've loved getting to know some of them and hearing about their back story of moving here from Ukraine. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again in the future. :)
