The quality work this company provides is outstanding! Not only do they do a great job cleaning my house, they are amazingly nice to interact with and are very pet-friendly. I especially appreciate Kassadee’. She always arrives with a smile and is ready to go. She consistently leaves my house super clean and does it very quickly!! Teonna is new to me, but she did a great job too last time.

I have only had the cleaning authority here for our initial clean but I have to say I’ve been impressed. Their customer service from initial
contact to in home estimate to rescheduling calls to our first clean has been amazing. They were here for over 3 hours for the first clean and it feels so good to have my house clean! Sydnee and Katie were awesome

The gals were all friendly and responsive to my requests. They worked hard, and did an excellent job. I feel very secure having them here, knowing that they are using quality products, wearing masks, practicing safe distance, and best of all - giving me a wonderful feeling of having a very clean home. Today they helped me make my bed, since I wasn't able to do it right now. I'm very thankful for these wonderful gals!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning for us for about four years now,. They are consistently amazing, I can't recommend them highly enough! Today Michelle and Sally did a phenomenal job, which of course, is the usual standard. LOVE these guys. (UPDATE 9/2020: STILL love these guys!!) (UPDATE 7/2024: Still amazing!)

Cleaning Authority has always been helpful and very responsive if I have any issues. If there's a spot that's not up to my standards then they will send someone out to reclean it, although I've never had to do this.

The teams are friendly and punctual and there's always great communication. The cleaning teams alternate but there has been only a couple people I haven't been fully satisfied with and so they take them off our route. We have been very pleased with the cleaners 99% of the time. The couple hiccups we have had, Cleaning Authority has ALWAYS made it right!

Favorite cleaning team is LaRhonda, Jude and Nichole! Always a great team to have cleaning our home.

Breana did not have a team for my last cleaning. She was responsible for cleaning the 2BR/2BA apartment on her own. She did a great job and I appreciate her hard work.

I have been so pleased with The Cleaning Authority Hillsboro...Christy and Carmen are excellent! They always do a thorough and very detailed job and don't cut corners. I appreciate that they work within the time frame that meshes with our family and pets. I highly recommend them specifically and also the company because of their hard work! I have tried several different cleaning options and it has never been worth it because I have felt I needed to still clean after the cleaners were "done" but Carmen and Carmen do such a great job, that it really is all covered and worth the cost!

4 months later and I am still just as pleased with Christy and now Anelie!

It’s now June 2025 and I wanted to come back and say that CC, Chrystal, and Angel continue to do a great job! So so thankful!

The ladies that came were so nice, thorough, and efficient. They even reminded me of things to be cleaned I hadn't thought of. Literally everything is sparkling clean. Love it!!

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for quite a few months now. They come every other week and do such a great job! The office is always quick to return phone calls and they have always been great at working around my schedule for arrival times. I made a request to have the same team of cleaners come every time to my house (mainly because my dog goes crazy with new people showing up all the time to my house) and the Cleaning Authority didn’t bat an eye at this request. “My girls” are so good at what they do! And I have a very picky husband with incredibly high cleaning standards. ;) Even he has been impressed!

Dylan, Jordan, and Natalia are friendly, fast, and efficient, and do a super great job!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for over a year now and love the every other week service. They are kind and professional. My family is always here when they are here bc my partner and I work from home. We just hide out in our offices and it’s never been an issue (we waive the cleaning of the rooms we are in). I am so grateful for this service. Rob and McKenna are awesome and do an excellent job.

Stephanie and Rhonda do a fantastic job on my bi weekly cleans. They are fast and efficient. Everytime they leave my house clean and refreshed I can take a deep relaxing breath. I appreciate them so much!

The staff are always cheerful and considerate. They are thorough and ask me to check their work before they leave. I also appreciate they notify me when they are close to arrival.

I paid for a one time deep clean and they absolutely went beyond expectations. Floors (carpet and hardwood), bathrooms, counters, everything and more. They even vacuumed the couches and cleaned the vents!
