I have had numerous house cleaning services in the past that I was not happy with. I found The Cleaning Authority and decided to give them a try. I have used them for over a year now and could not ask for a better team. They send you an email prior to your cleaning day with a list of what they are cleaning for the day. They complete the list and go above and beyond what is assigned to them for the day. Outstanding team and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that needs a five star home cleaning service team.

Rob and Christina were prompt, thorough, and efficient. They cleaned a bunch of spots I miss and the house looks much brighter as a result. Scheduling was very easy, and they worked with me despite short notice.

Natalia has been cleaning my home consistently for over a year now. She always does an exceptional job. She is friendly, respectful, great with my dogs, and just a pleasure to be around. When I changed days, I specifically requested a slot where she would be available. Keep up the great work, Natalia!

We’ve had this cleaning service for several years, and although the crews change frequently, we’ve been happy with the service and their ability to make things right if anything goes wrong. Our most recent cleaning team was Naomi, Adela, and Carrion, and they were great!

We have worked with this company for years, and they have been great. Special shout out to Christina and Rob, who work with us the most often - They do a great job and are flexible with my working from home/being on calls sometimes + having cats and a dog running around!

This was one of the worst cleaning jobs we've had done at our home. There was lint and debris all over the hardwood floors, stairs, and the area rugs! Dusting was not done on all surfaces. Kitchen range and sink had previous stains remaining. None of the window sills or light fixtures were touched. We've had to schedule different cleaners to clean after this team.
This feedback was provided to the main office but no action was taken or remedy offered. We've made our payment and canceled the rest of the cleans.

Wow, came home to a splendidly clean home today! Kudos to Naomi and Brittany who did a great job. We’ve been Cleaning Authority customers for almost 20 years - one of my favorite things about this service is their rotation system. Every clean gets the basics done like kitchen and bathrooms, but each visit they rotate between general areas where they do additional tasks like window sills, knickknacks, and door frames. Great system and we’ve been really happy with their service!

We are very happy with the bi-monthly cleaning The Cleaning Authority provides to our 4000 sq foot house. It is always so good to come home to a nice clean house, especially now that we have a puppy in the house. Ashley and Brittany just left and we are so pleased with how the house looks. They did an excellent job! We love how responsive and accommodating everyone has been if we have to change a day, or request a change. Highly recommend!
