Santialb Construction family team did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price installing two sliding glass doors and two windows. They professionally transformed two of my bedrooms. So they have wonderful energy and a joy to have them work on my house! I highly recommend Santialb Construction.

These guys removed old kitchen cabinets including a large soffit. They repaired and painted the walls and ceiling. Santiago and Alberto worked hard and did an excellent job. They were very attentive to every detail and they communicated well throughout the project. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Santiago (and team) did a number of projects for us and was fantastic to work with. They replaced vinyl flooring in our kitchen with a wood laminate we’re very happy with, repaired a water-damaged ceiling, updated a pocket door to a swing door, and did landscaping work for us. For all projects Santiago was very communicative and responsive. He was easy to work with and we will definitely use Santialb again for future work.

Santiago and his team did a great job with our project. He installed vinyl plank flooring and new kitchen counter tops. Everything looked good. He cleaned up everything after the job was done. The only thing was the flooring didn't completely match but from what he told us that is how the manufacturer makes them. He was communicative and clean.

Santialb Contstruction was recommended to us by our electrician when we needed to perform a remodel of our master bathroom. Our initial meeting was great; Santiago was friendly, open, and communicative, and showed enthusiasm for the project that made us feel like we weren’t just another job on the to-do list. We talked through our concept for the new bathroom, and we were confident in his ability to see it through. He stressed the importance of communication during the project to make sure that he and his team were able to execute on our vision.

They were able to start the project quickly and completed demolition during the first week. With the old flooring and walls out of the way, we decided to expand the space, and he was immediately able to pull in the right resources to make sure it was engineered properly.

Throughout the building process, we were constantly communicating to make sure that each detail aligned with our design concept. Any issues that arose or changes that needed to be made were immediately brought to our attention and talked through until a solution was found.

We were also impressed with the preciseness and expertise of his crew: great care was taken to ensure that every piece of tile was perfectly aligned; every fixture straight and level; all the fine details exactly as they should be. At the end of the project, our new bathroom was exactly as we’d pictured and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Santialb Construction and will be calling them for all our future home renovations.

Santiago and Alberto did a great job on my drywall fix in the garage. The patch job looks great and professional. They were quick to respond and deliver. It’s great that they are based out of Lake Oswego.They are very nice to work with as well. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks guys!

This family owned business did an amazing job painting the exterior of my house and placing new indoor/outdoor carpeting on my porch. The house had not been painted in 20 years and needed alot of prep work. They spent 5 days power washing, scraping, and sanding which was meticulous work. The care and precision with which they looked after each detail of repair work was phenomenal. Besides giving a very competitive bid ( thank you since I only make 20.00 an hour!) they were so pleasant and easy going. Santiago was transparent about each step and offered excellent communication throughout. He won me over by offering to dismantle a catio which needed to be removed before prepping. Then they put it all back perfectly. I cant recommend them enough! They have the skilled professional hands you will want!

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job replacing our patio roof and repairing our small balcony. Santiago made the process easy and his communication is great.The crew was very respectful and never left a mess. Will be calling them for future projects.

This is a great family run remodeling company. Santiago, his dad and brother remodeled our second bathroom. They had to remove a bath tub that was original from 1924. They added a walk-in shower, new vanity, tiled the walls and floor, and repaired the ceiling. Their price for the remodel was reasonable and better than other estimates I received. Their communication with me throughout the project was detailed and clear. It was clear from the start to the end that they paid attention to detail and were took pride in their workmanship. I hired Grassroots to grade my yard, build a retaining wall to level the yard, and redo a rotting fence around my 1/4 acre property. A pretty big project. Brent (owner) was very communicative from the very beginning. I sought several estimates and Grassroots was comparable with other companies. They started on the scheduled start date and completed the work in a timey fashion. They did a fantastic job on the retaining wall. It is perfectly level and looks beautiful. The finished fence and gates look amazing as well. The final product is exactly what I was hoping for. During the project any issue or discrepancy was immediately taken care of by Brent and his team to ensure I was happy prior to moving on. In summary, they did a great job and I’d recommend them to others who need a hardscaping project completed.

I had a mess of a back yard space. I wasn't quite sure what to do, but I had some ideas, dry river bed, low maintenance, and a need to connect two decks. Grassroots immediacy had an idea and finished the project in two days. The guys were super nice too.

Great experience with Brenton and his deck crew. On time, professional, great communication to help with design decisions. I highly recommend.

The staff and owner were easy to work with and pleasant. When a job goes perfectly, then all is good. The test of a good company is their customer service . We had some adjustments that we needed after the job was done. When we contacted Grassroots, they responded immediately and to our satisfaction . I'm happy to recommend Grassroots construction.

We had Brenton come out to our house for a quote to repair some areas of our turf. We accepted his quote and agreed on a date for repair. We called the day before to confirm with no response. The day of he no showed. He eventually called us back the following week claiming he wasn’t sure what happened and would be there the following Saturday. We planned on having family over for Memorial Day weekend for a bbq but decided this repair was more important. Again we called the day before to confirm. We heard nothing back. The day of again, no show. My husband looked up his business address to see if he could talk to him. It happened to be his house and Brandon was very busy sitting in his sweats watching basketball. He claimed it was his crew responsible for the mix up and he would be calling us soon. Almost a week later, nothing. He really shouldn’t own a business. Extremely unprofessional.
