Alex and his crew did a really great job on our master bathroom remodel. He was very transparent with pricing, was very flexible along the way and just did the right thing with details and just did things right. Craftsmanship was top notch, would definitely recommend and hire again.

Alex and Yuri are amazing! I will be calling them with every single home construction job I have until they retire. We had two bathroom remodels done at our home by two different contractors and the one AIG did was a million times easier and more efficient than the first contractor we hired. We had tile flooring and a tile shower surround with a shower base and new exhaust fan done by AIG. Then we had them come back to fix some issues that previous contractors had left us and they fixed the issues perfectly. It's so refreshing to have someone do a remodel and have everything done right, in a timely manner, by courteous people. Look no further. Call AIG right now. You won't be disappointed.

We knew Alex and his crew were the right choice for our bathroom remodel when they came over three separate times to talk about the job and what our options were before we even hired them! This was our first major room remodel and Alex patiently walked us through the process and made sure we had all the materials ready to go before starting so that it would only take him 3 weeks to complete. The bathroom was completed on time and on budget even though we made some last minute extra requests. When there was a problem with the tub caulking a few days after completion they came back within a day to fix. We will definitely go with AIG Renovation for all our home updates.

Extremely high quality tile work. The wall and floor closer to the shower have more tile strips. Alex is nice enough to pick up leftover from my previous contractor. He is extremely knowledgeable.

Alex is a life-saver. He and the people that work for him at AIG Renovation are just amazing. Alex was easy to communicate with, set a reasonable price for our project and stuck to the budget, completed the work on time (or sometimes ahead of schedule), and was incredibly invested in our satisfaction. Alex works super hard and I've honestly never met a contractor that I would trust more.

Background on the only decent picture that I have on hand: After my previous contractors left my laundry room demolished with all the materials in boxes (went out of business, their subs pun liens on my property, etc. LONG story), Alex came in and quite literally saved the day (saved my year, really). The finished work is incredible and is the highlight of every house tour we give to guests.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Alex again and I recommend him to all my friends and family.

We highly recommend AIG Renovations for any remodeling project. We now have a beautiful master bathroom and are very pleased with the final results. Their tile work is a work of art. We hired AIG to replace and tile our bathroom shower stall, floor and bathtub. They also replaced the plumbing, added a fan, shower light, installed our new medicine cabinet and light. We had a lot of water damage from our leaky shower. They were very capable in fixing all the problems and the added cost was very reasonable. Alex and Yuri are very skilled, honest and hardworking. They completed the job on schedule and both were a pleasure to work with. We will be using them for future projects.

I had AIG Renovation, LLC perform a complete remodel of the three bathrooms in my home.

Alex came recommended, but after the work was done it exceeded the highest expectations that I might have had! From the initial meeting to discuss what I want to accomplish, to suggesting suppliers, Alex showed competence and promptly responded to my questions during the time I was searching for all the cool things I wanted to be installed on my bathrooms. Another great part of working with Alex was that I could trust him with my home. I left for vacation leaving keys with Alex so his crew could do the work and all I had left to do was to come home and shout a load WOW!

💥The quality of work exceeded my imagination! Removing everything to sheetrock and the best quality install from the tile and flooring, to bathtub, shower, vanities, fixtures, etc, was completed in the promised time frame and the home was left so clean that I had to cancel the carpet cleaner previously scheduled in anticipation of needing to clean the carpet.

We installed plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and lighting. All elements are level, and the connections are neat and secure. We paid special attention to details and cleanliness of installation—no unnecessary holes, chips, or damage. After completion, we checked everything, and it works properly with no leaks. The result is modern, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.

It was a pleasure working with Alex. He did an amazing job remodeling our powder bathroom.

Guilty. I was completely guilty of letting the negative reviews of this business formulate a preconceived notion in my head of what working with them would be like. We purchased an over the range microwave from Lowe's on Labor Day weekend and found out after that A-1 would be responsible for installing it in our home. Upon learning this, I googled the company and was pretty perturbed by the amount of negative reviews they received in various places. With respect and empathy to those who may have had a frustrating time, it was absolutely smooth sailing for me. They called to set up a time and the original option they provided didn't work for me. I live in Salem, so the next available slot they could offer me was almost 2 weeks after that original one. A bit annoying, but honestly I have to take half the blame because I could have had the microwave a couple days after purchasing it. Fast-forward to the agreed-upon installation date, and those online review seeds were still firmly planted in my brain. "They might not even show up," I thought cynically. Well, instead, my installer Shawn called me a half hour before the projected time window and asked if he could arrive early. "Please do!" He was professional, respectful, tidy, and quick. He was done and gone like 5 minutes into the original promised time frame, leaving me the rest of the day to do anything but wait around for a microwave delivery. Lesson learned. Online reviews can be informing, but ultimately you should experience things for yourself before solidifying your own opinion. And my opinion of A-1 is a very positive one after today.

A1 was assigned to install a dishwasher I purchased at Costco. They didn’t answer the phone during business hours, didn’t return voice mail, and were scheduling > 1 month out. Costco let me switch.

There's no point to go into extreme detail cause bottom line these people suck. I don't understand how they're even running a business and still open with how horribly they operate. They have zero customer service. The girls who run the phones are 9/10 times rude. Long story short they've been to my house twice now without being able to install my dishwasher. Third time I waisted half my day at home waiting for them to no show..to then call and have them tell me I wasn't on the schedule. Even though I called and scheduled the appointment with them, (even though they were suppose to call me to reschedule and never did) and I also got a confirmation call the day before telling me when they were coming and asking if they had the dishwasher or if I did, because they didn't even know where it was! It's been over a month now and I still don't have my new dishwasher in. To say the least I'm pissed and have two small children and no working dishwasher now for over a month...so ridiculous wouldn't refer them to any one. Sears should really work with a different company. Cause I won't ever purchase anything from them now knowing they use this joke of an installation company!

We ordered through Costco and A1 installation was chosen as the 3rd party installer. We were given an installation time of between 8-12 on 6/17. That time came and went with no one arriving. I called and they informed me that the time and day of my installation was not only wrong but that they had called and left a message with that information. I confirmed the number they used and have no missed calls or voicemails from them. The women I spoke with on the phone was rude and should not be customer facing.

Spencer was fantastic. I didn't even know that he had gotten the entire thing installed while I took a business call. It was a cramped space, 1960s fixtures and loads of annoyance and I was thinking I would need to help with it. I can't understate how awesome Spencer is, I was looking through these reviews and his name comes up a couple times, I know he didn't ask me to write any review, and that says something when so many people are raving about this guy.

I originally had a date way out but when I brought it up to Costco, they sorted it out and it was installed in a timely manner. Despite that one hic-up everything has gone smoothly so far.
