There are two types of contractors - mechanics and craftsmen. Mechanics may get the job done, but some parts may not be just right and it may not be pretty. Craftsmen get the job done too, but it is perfect, it looks beautiful and craftsmen take pride in their work. Alex and Uri are the epitome of craftsmen. The job is beautiful, it is done perfectly, they clean up completely and they are two of the hardest working folks I have encountered. I recommend them without reservation.

AIG Renovation (Alex) and his crew did a wonderful job on renovating our bath, he gave a very accurate estimate on time and budget and was flexible in making some changes when we asked to do in the middle of renovation and still finished with in the estimated budget, he was very professional with a good craftsmanship, easy to communicate and work with and will definitely use his services in the future as needed.

AIG remodeled 2 of my bathrooms that encompassed tiling, new vanities and countertops. What a difference! We absolutely love what they have done. Project Details: AIG installed floor-to-ceiling subway tile in our new walk-in shower; quartz countertop, backsplash, and shower trim; ceramic plank flooring; exhaust fan, can & pendant lighting with multiple electrical switch changes; plumbing & fixtures; and a glass shower door. It’s so well done – the quality and finish work is beautiful, and the project went as scheduled.

Alex at AIG Renovation is wonderful to work with. He has meticulous attention to detail, anticipates potential challenges and offers options and solutions along the way of completing my project. Alex remodeled Two small bathrooms completely down to the studs, replacing plastic show tub combos into one Walk In Shower, and one Tub Shower, with Tile, including built ins for soap and other show provisions. Tile floor in both baths and front entry and back slider. Replaced carpet and linoleum in entire house with Engineered floor and new carpet. Painted the entire house, along with updating all lighting fixtures, including adding ceiling lights in 4 rooms that had none. Bath fans replaced. Installed new appliances and counters/vanities as needed. Granite counter in kitchen. Clean Demo including soffits for new kitchen cabs. Alex cares about what he does and what I wanted done. Highly recommended for all home remodeling big or small. Thank you Alex! Great work!

Alex is doing great job. He always finishes work in time he says he will finish. Price very reasonable too. So far, he did remodel of my whole kitchen and replaced one of my windows. Will do bathrooms next. Good contractor, I recommend him for any jobs you might have around the house.

AIG recently did some work in our kitchen. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! We extended our island, replaced our countertops and sink, and had them custom make a desk and floating shelves. Not only were they always prompt, they worked so quickly and their craftsmanship was such high quality. Their work far exceeded our expectations!! Our kitchen is beautiful now and has changed the entire landscape of our home - we are SO happy and highly recommend them! Big thanks to Alex and the team for making our dreams come true!!

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on renovating our bathrooms that were original to our 1959 home. He’s honest, hardworking, on-time, and good at communicating. His workmanship is flawless and his tile installation is perfect. We will be requesting his services for our kitchen renovations as well. Wish I could post a photo to really show what he can do.

AIG construction gave me a lower bid than I had gotten from 2 other companies to remodel our master bathroom. They started after I purchased the tub, lights, faucets, mirrors, toilet, tile and flooring. They were on time every day and respectful of our home and kept dust down by using a fan in the window. They finished in 2 1/2 weeks and did a great job. They came back and fixed a few minor things and hung a cabinet for free that I had gotten after bathroom was done. They are hard workers and do quality work!!

Alex and his crew did a masterful job on our bathroom renovation. Walls were moved, medicine cabinets and mirrors installed, cabinets painted, and extensive (exceptionally well done) tiling was accomplished with great skill, for a fair price, and exactly on schedule. His suggestions for improvement in design and composition were right on the mark and we are delighted—he made it better.
