Sergey at Appliance Repair technicians is a lifesaver! Each time One of my appliances such as refrigerator, oven, washer, or dryer has had a problem, and I was unable to use it, I have called Sergey. He usually comes within a day, knows exactly what part has failed, and has most always had the part on his truck that needed replacing. Within 30 to 45 minutes the appliance is up and running once again. He is brilliant and seems to know everything! He also knows where to order parts if necessary and will help you pick the exact item you need to order, on your computer, so that you don’t make any mistakes and it is delivered directly to your house. I have been in my house for 40 years and I have never met a better appliance repair person!!

Repairman called to tell me when he would be at my home and he was right on time. Came in and put covers over shoes. He quickly diagnosed my refrigerators issue and fixed in 15 minutes. He then explained to me what to do after he left to get frost out of interior. He was very thorough and helpful.
