These folks took care of us for a home warranty repair job for our Viking range. They went above and beyond the call of duty and successfully argued for a full replacement of parts, and were very professional and supportive in the assessment and install/repair process. I'd use them again, even for work outside of the scope of my home warranty.

I can’t say enough good things about Appliance Repair Technicians. They are responsive, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and get the job done fast. They care about keeping your business by the way they handle it…. like it’s actually important to them!! I give them 5 stars because they deserve it.

This business is a joke and rip off. Scam business. Technicians who must be the business owner, came to fix are freezer had to order part and never came back or returned calls after. (Never), Called the company that I am contracted with and they sent him for another appointment and installed a defect part and never came back. Making money on people and companies. I called to make another appointment for my appliance that I have home warranty and they scheduled his company on a day first that didn't work for me and also I did not want this company servicing my appliance, because never done right. I tried call him 6 times to cancel and he never called back and than on the day of hung up on me. He trying to charge maintenance company company when I have cancel. DO NOT USE IN ANY WAY. All negative star 3 years running

Sergei was the 4th repair person to come to my house to fix my refrigerator. My home warranty had sent three other people from a different company to try to fix it and all of them failed. Sergei listened to me and was respectful and professional. He got further with the problem than the other three repair men from the other company did in 5 minutes. He told me how I could take better care of the fridge in a kind and respectful way. Best refrigerator repair man I’ve ever interacted with!

ART was efficient and professional. Got our gas oven range repaired much quicker than expected. They came out the next day to diagnose the problem, immediately ordered the parts and fixed our jenn air range within a week. Highly recommend this company!

I will never use this company again. On August 23, Sergei charged me $337.00 to fix a leak inside of my SubZero refrigerator. It was determined that a drainage tube was clogged. Sergei used a suction device and promised me it was fixed. On December 3rd I contacted him again (main -line number is never answered and I found the business card he left his cell# on) explained the same leak was occurring again and I would like him to fix it. This Saturday, December 11th he came to service my refrigerator and recommended a steaming process that should keep the drain unclogged. He then proceeded to tell me it would be another $300 to fix the leak. I asked him why charge me again for something you failed to fix the last time. He responded, “ different service” and I kindly told him no thank you. I also paid his $60 service charge for coming to inspect the leak he did not fix. I called another company right after he left and today they fixed my leak for $150. Please do not use this company EVER, there are so many more professional companies around Portland.

Great communication, got here when they said they would and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled the repair and was done. These guys are the kinda people you want repairing your items. They prompt and on time and not flakes like you run into often.

Terrible phone etiquette. Appliance repair is rude. Avoid.

I was so thrilled to find a company that would come out during the weekend to help fix my dishwasher. Everywhere else I called they were either unavailable or didn’t offer weekend appointments. Aside from their flexible scheduling, the work it’s self was great. The technician who arrived was very professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t give me the run around. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to follow through and finish the job promptly. Thank you for all your help!

This is the first appliance repair person who problem-solved my refrigerator. I have had other service people come and say the problem was fixed only to see that it was not. He made some repairs then checked back to see if it worked. Over the course of the week, he checked in and came by 3 times until the problem was fixed and stayed fixed.

He was a little judge-y about not vacuuming behind the refrigerator, but who does that?

He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly with my dishwasher for a very reasonable cost, and then issue came up a couple of weeks later he came right away and it turned out to be user error but he fixed it at no charge. I really appreciate the quick, honest, and thoughtful service!
