The repair of my panel on my dish washer was fixed so fast I was shocked. They bring two repair Parsons so two are working as a team on the item & it speeds up the time so it's compleated quickly. 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing. Answered the phone right away, made space in their schedule to get me in on the same day, listened and trusted me when I told them what was wrong, came and fixed in less than an hour for exactly the price they told me it would be. Will absolutely use again. Also, an extra star for the side chat about how great dogs are and for taking time to meet mine and be kind to her.

These are the guys to call!! We had our 3 y.o. Maytag washer break in our Airbnb. Luke respond right away over text and was able to look at the washer the next day, order the parts and get it fixed a few days later. All the other companies we called were weeks out. 5 stars!!

Beat pricing of all places I called in town ! They were always super professional, communicative, and upfront about pricing. Even came back in a timely manner to fix an issue with my washing machine after it was repaired. I would 100 recommend!

I scheduled an oven/cooktop service in November 2022, which they performed in December. We discussed replacing the ignitors on the range, and they said they would get me a quote to replace them. In January they replied to several text message and said "I'll get this info to you by Tuesday at the latest," but never got back to me, nor did they reply to several more texts. I don't think they ever ordered these parts or had any intention of doing this, and so now I'm starting over with someone else.

These guys were GREAT! They responded to my text messages, arrived exactly when they said they would, and came prepared with a replacement part for the exact model of dryer I have. Effortless, great quality and courteous! I will keep their number and use them again if needed!

Our tenants called us on Friday night before Memorial Day weekend telling us the fridge was not working. I found Rad Appliance (Luke) on Yelp and he messaged me early Saturday morning. The same day he was at our rental property, did a diagnostic test, and ordered the part. Came back first thing on the next business day and fixed the fridge. Sent invoice via email and took payment over Venmo. Great communications and customer service! Thanks Luke!

RAD Appliance installed both our Miele compact dishwasher and compact dryer in our remodel. Luke and the another gentleman with him were awesome. They were careful, thorough, clean and easy to work with. I give them my highest recommendation.

My 17 year old Kenmore dishwasher stopped working on 5-15-20. I did a basic maintenance check myself and could not get the water to pump in order to spray dishes. Since I have a Protection Agreement with Sears, I called them on a Friday to try and schedule a repair. I did not expect to get much service with a pandemic going on. I was amazed that I was able to schedule a service call for Monday morning. On that Monday, I received a call that the service crew was running late but would be out later in the afternoon. About an hour later received another call and was told they would be there by 1:30. The crew of two showed up on time, were polite and went straight to work. The problem was a valve that regulated the water flow. I assumed I would have to wait a couple of weeks to get the part and reschedule another service visit. I was amazed when they checked their service truck and came back with the correct part. They installed the part, cleaned up after themselves, and were out the door in about an hour. They deserve 5 Stars from me for communication, service, having the correct part, and getting the job done right during a pandemic. I would recommend RAD Appliance and was extremely pleased with their performance.

My oven is fixed! Tom and Luke and speedy and professional. Great communication. This is the second time they have helped me, first for my dryer, now for my oven. Can’t say enough about them. Keep your tools running, not replaced. It’s better for our environment

Luke at RAD is really the only way to go for appliance repair. Not only is he very knowledgeable but also super thoughtful and professional.

Our ASKO dishwasher threw a code F10 and it turned out we were using too much soap(my bad) and this caused a drain pump blockage. After Luke reset the float under the DW he recommended we ran the dishwasher a few times to see if it would correct itself before we had to spend serious repair/parts money. It worked thank god.

Be aware that Luke is slammed busy all the time so I'm sure he prioritizes based on urgency of repair, obviously a dishwasher error with no flood ranks a little lower than catastrophic failures for other customers. He was here as soon as he could (a couple of days). This is the second time we use their services and it's always great.

Luke fixed my washer in a few minutes, after it was falsely diagnosed by another company as needing a new motor. He was professional, respectful, and obviously very competent. His service was worth more than what he charged.

RAD might be the best home maintenance of any kind we've hired in Portland! Luke is responsive to schedule via text, very professional, and extremely knowledgable. He fixed our dryer and microwave, cleaned up, and answered all of our questions. We could not be happier with the service.

We use Luke a lot for the homes we manage. He is always wonderful, easy to work with, priced right, treats our tenants wonderfully and professionally as well as gets the job done correctly and promptly. I’ve even used him at my daughters home for her fridge. Very much recommend!

This is the second time I have used RAD appliance repair and I wouldn't use any one else. Luke is terrific! I was having problems with my refrigerator. I texted him and he got back to me right away. After explaining what was going on, he quoted me a price and was able to come out in a few days. It was not an emergency so that worked well. When he and his helper showed up for the service call, I explained that I hadn't expected two people and was not really comfortable with both in my house due to Covid-19. Luke said that was no problem at all and he understood my concern. His helper Tom remained in the van. Luke is very professional and honest. He got my refrigerator working again. He always cleans up afterwards and was thoughtful enough to let me know what he had touched so that I could sanitize everything after he left. I highly recommend Luke and RAD appliance Service. Very trustworthy.

My fridge stopped cooling, but I easily scheduled their service via text message. They communicated clearly and arrived on time. They were very professional and efficient. They had the fridge diagnosed, fixed, and were out the door within 15 minutes! Very reasonable price. Will DEFINITELY use them if needed again and have shared my experience with all of my friends. Highly recommend.
