They actually come to your location to repair appliances. The gentleman was prompt on time as stated had the dryer repaired in no time. He had the heating element in his repair kit. Awesome job and reasonably priced.

This repair company is a joke. Their customer service is appalling. I get a call at 730pm, on a holiday, they ask when they can set an appointment up, in witch I request for a Tuesday at 4pm. The agent then replies, we don’t take appointments that late. Appointments can only be made between 9am and noon. So first off, you call me at 730pm, clearly after regular business hours, then tell me that you can’t support my request of 4pm, inside regular business hours (even listed on your website), and to finish it off you reject my call. This is not a company anyone should deal with. They are obviously business needs first customer needs very last. My suggestion is that anyone looking at doing business with this company move on to another. Try A1.

Technician came first time to give us an "estimate". We needed a part that was back ordered. So, we did not receive an estimate. $120. for the service call that we did not have to pay at that time. The same technician came back the second time with the part. Still no estimate. He said that he could not give an accurate estimate because he did not know the cost of the part. After installing the part (thermistor -- 10 minutes), he said the bill would be $210. If we didn't want to pay the bill, he would remove the new part. So, we needed the refridgerator fixed. So, we paid the bill. He said the receipt would come via e-mail. No paperwork at all, and no business card. Telephone numbers on side of service van are not answering.

The same gentleman. has come out twice on different occasions and repaired our stove and dishwasher. He is pleasant, professional and follows through on time as scheduled. I will use him again.
