I was very happy with the service. Quick and easy scheduling, fast and clear communication. Needed him to comeback to check on a noise and leak. Leak was from another issue, as was explained to me, but Dimitri fixed it. Noise fixed itself. I see why this company has 5 stars and I’m glad I chose them to service our fridge.

FUSE did a great job. They were extremely fast and friendly and they were able to get my dishwasher up and running in no time. I felt like their prices were very reasonable too.

I was working with Dmitrii from FUSE HVAC & APPLIANCE REPAIR. Overall, I had a great experience with the fridge repair service. Dmitrii first replaced the faulty water valve, which resolved the leaking issue and then successfully replaced the housing that holds the water filter, ensuring water flow was good and fixed ice cubes size. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend for reliable and thorough appliance repair!

I was afraid I would have to replace my 25-year old Bosch washing machine, but Dmitrii was able to fix it. I think I can get several more years of use from it.

Our oven has been malfunctioning for quite some time. Dmitrii came in and diagnosed the problem as an ignitor malfunction. He did have to order the part but still got the job done fast and efficiently. Dmitrii is very professional and nice person.

Dmitrii came over to diagnose our Washer which was not draining properly. He was able to get our washer up and running again and quoted us a very reasonable price for a new pump in case we need it. Alex fixed our washing machine after we experienced a valve failure and a leak. He came out really quickly, was very knowledgeable about the issue and fixed what he could right away, ordered parts and came back once the parts came in. He also gave us advice on other appliances in our home too.
Alex was very friendly and professional and charged a fair price for the work. We're very happy and will call Alex again if we have another appliance problem.

Dimitri was very professional and was able to complete my dryer repair quickly. I called on Friday afternoon and they had me scheduled for Saturday. Dimitri was on time and was able to explain the problem to me and made me feel comfortable with what he was doing. It was not a serious problem just lint buildup inside the dryer.
