Elijah is very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. In 2021, he diagnosed and replaced the burnt-out motherboard in my Samsung front-loading washer, and in 2022, he replaced a faulty dryer belt in my Samsung dryer.

This past Saturday, my dryer stopped heating during a load. I contacted Elijah, was offered an appointment for the following Monday morning (today), and Elijah arrived promptly within the arrival window he gave. He confirmed the problem was the heating element, and after removing it, showed me where it had broken. He replaced the belt, then cleaned and vacuumed the interior of the dryer before reassembling it. While he was here, Elijah also adjusted the feet on the washer to realign it properly and also advised me to replace the washer hoses and to do so every 10 years.

I've had my Samsung washer and dryer for 17 years now, and I'm so grateful to Elijah for his excellent skills and ability to keep my set operating well, especially given the cost of new machines these days.

I have used Elijah for appliance repair twice now and both times he was incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Elijah was responded promptly and was available to come look at my washer a day after I called! I’ve met with a lot of appliance repair people over the years, and I’ve never had a better experience than with Elijah. He helped me understand the issue and didn’t try to upsell me a new appliance-in fact he had an obvious appreciation for old but solid appliances and informed me on how to make sure my washer lasts into the future. Elijah is a great appliance repair man. He has been out 2 times once for a squeaky wheel in my dryer that was just annoying and very loud it hadn’t seized up yet but was on its way. He came out the next day and had it fixed fast. Then again today as my dryer heating element went out he fixed that and cleaned all the support rollers yay. I called him yesterday and he was here today. Great guy knows what he’s doing and I highly recommend him. We have also used Alex to fix our furnace last year when it went out in the freezing temperatures also I highly recommend him as well he had us fixed up within a couple days. I recommend them both they know what they’re doing and are fast and efficient. I only call them when an appliance or furnace needs fixed. Highly recommended great company and fair prices.

I called Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair for my Samsung refrigerator that wasn’t cooling properly. The response time was fast, and the technician arrived on schedule. He handled the repair efficiently and left everything clean. My fridge is back to normal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely use their services again.

They came out to our home within 24 hours of calling (we called on Labor Day). Dmitrii was efficient and kind. We needed a control board replaced in our fridge and they got a part in 2 days and came back. They were spot on with the cost estimate so it was nice that there were no surprises. I would use this service again if we have any other appliances go out!

Dmitri was incredible. He spent hours trying to save our six-year old Jenn-Air refrigerator. While we ultimately had to get a Thermador, Dmitri spent hours that HE NEVER CHARGED FOR trying various solutions. I highly recommend Fuse!

They were true to there quote on price. I was just disappointed in that they gave me a scheduled time to fix my issues and then late at night changed it by four hours. It was upsetting to rearrange things for that day. Otherwise Dimitrii who did the service call did a great job. So I would recommend them.

FUSE sent Dimitri out to look at our non-functioning furnace. He may have saved us the $15,000 to get a new one. He did save us the $1,400 to replace the control panel that another company told us was burnt out. A little hose was disconnected. He reconnected it and then it started working again.
