He explained everything clearly, gave a fair price, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. He confirmed with the manufacturer what was 'supposed' to be the issue, according to the error code.

He replaced a sensor (per manufacturer ) and that did not fix the issue. So he went on his instinct and came back and fixed it with a more expensive part, but the RIGHT part. He did not 'double charge' me for labor.

Though I know the second part was more expensive ....I wish we would have just went with that in the first place. I just know as customers we tend to want the 'cheap fix' first.

Hopefully, I will not need Elijah anytime soon, 😁 but I know I would go with him again. I gladly refer him to others. I would listen to him and his experience , over the manufacturer.

Honest work for an honest price! Clean, professional work with great attitudes! Elijah and Alex installed our wall oven and upon realizing the cabinet opening was a bit too small they were able to make a few small adjustments and still get the job done. Any other company would have left it alone and had me call a carpenter but Elijah and Alex saw a problem and came up with a solution. Super grateful and very happy with the work, thanks again guys!

My dryer started making a weird thumping noise. I called All About Repair and could have gotten same day service but I had an appointment, so Elijah came out the next day. Unfortunately, I had used the dryer in the morning and of course, the noise stopped. Elijah checked the dryer and all it's parts and pieces anyway and found everything to be in working order. Most surprising of all, he didn't charge me for the service! He said if it happens again, take a video and give him a call. Now, that is customer service! I will definitely call again if the noise returns or I have any other appliance issues. Thanks Elijah!

Elijah was able to fix a clogged drain line in our LG fridge - - a problem we attempted to identify and solve ourselves over a couple of months and one that Elijah took care of in an afternoon. He also installed a new garbage disposal during the same visit, and when a small leak appeared several weeks later, he returned to fix that at no additional cost.

Elijah and Alex got us out of a pickle on short notice. We had attempted to install a range hood ourselves but encountered too many old-house obstacles, particularly with the ductwork in the attic. With only a few days left before insulation was scheduled to be blown in the attic, we reached out to All About Repair. They did a site visit, provided the estimate, and scheduled us right away. Alex did excellent work installing the ductwork and did us the extra favor of finding a creative way to install the chimney shroud after we managed to mangle the mounting bracket. We appreciate them accommodating us!

Elijah delivered excellent service, a great price , knowledgeable and very thorough. He works on Saturday and doesn't charge extra and I will use him in the future for any applicance repairs that we need. (He repaired our dryer)

Elijah has had to come out twice in the past few months and both times he was available quickly (same-day the first time, next-day the second), showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues with our refrigerator. He explained in as much detail as I could process what the problems were, how to spot them in the future and also spent time talking about considerations on potential future appliance purchase.

Best of all, his pricing was very reasonable and I love knowing that most of that charge goes directly to him instead of a giant company covering unnecessary overhead and big profits for folks at the top.

I hope to never have to call him again but I will happily leave his business-card magnet on my refrigerator in case I do.

All about repair and HVAC installed two mini split units at Shami Cafe in the lead up to our grand opening. They were organized, professional, on time, and had competitive pricing. I would use them again in a heart beat.
