It is getting cold out and heat will be necessary so I called this company to get a time and date for a check up on my heating unit. The schedule me for the next day and arrived on time, took there time making sure everything was in good running order and did not charge me and arm and a leg.

Excellent experience. They were on time, fixed my dryer and were honest about what to expect. Saved me some bucks in replacement and we're just overall so pleasant and professional.

Called about a stove range not lighting after basic trouble shooting. Refused to engage in any sort of basic Q&A over the phone that would have likely saved both of us time (building gas was shut off through bureaucratic error. Yes NWNatural sucks) just telling me "the technician" would be happy to answer any of those questions.

"The technician" wasn't particularly friendly. He couldn't locate the gas intake into the building and told me I had to call the utility company to ask where it was, and having not even been there for 15 minutes, while I'm 2 minutes into trying to talk to an NWN rep, demanded payment.

In my experiences most businesses will give you 5 minutes of back and forth to save both parties time here -

I had quoted for a refrigerator leakage repair, and the price I was quoted worked out phenomenally, service time was also great, would definitely refer someone if needed!

This company still has a very "mom and pop" feel, which is so rare these days in other companies across the board. Very personable, very professional and actually take your needs into consideration first, before anything else. Very reasonably priced services and very straightforward and honest. The dishwasher repair was fast and no hassle at all. Good stress me I need my dishwasher, I'm constantly doing dishes lol.

They repaired our LG Refrigerator, but only after comparing repairs costs to buying a new one. They want to make sure you’re spending your money wisely.
It ended up being a different part than originally determined. They preferred the second part and came right back to finish the job.
They stuck to their original quote, despite an unforeseen issue.
They communicate well, are friendly, do good work and I highly recommend them.
