Took 2 months to fix my washer, and it broke again 4 months later, and would no return any of my calls.

They fixed my Wolf Stove - Great Value & very nice to to do business with.

They replaced a part on my dryer that they thought was the issue and it was not so instead of having to pay for the parts all they had me pay for was the service call.

Sent a guy over took $200 for parts then would not return my calls do not use these crooks

This place is clearly a scam. They took a $95 deposit and have failed for two months to return calls or come repair our oven. When you call and ask to speak to a manager, no one is ever in. They won’t give you the manager’s name or number, either. Check yelp for more reviews. Any positive review on here is a fake.

This has been the worst experience. They left me hanging after they ordered the wrong parts. Won’t return my call to find out what’s going on. Do not work with this company. Oven never reviewed a company before and would never write a bad one. But I feel it’s worth doing here in order not o lead you to a better place. Good luck!

We had an issue with our office dishwasher not draining. The repairman, Luis, ran tests and mentioned a diagnosis, thoroughly explaining the reason for the issue, and how to avoid a similar issue repair moving forward. Thank you!

Luis came out to service my Gaggenau Oven and dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the issues and had repairs done within the same week. I would highly recommend them excellent customer service and quality repairs.

Guided me through fixing washer (previously) and dryer (just now) over phone. Provided the knowledge and details that are not available (or at least easy to find) on the web. Repairs were much faster and less expensive than a service call to my rural home.

October 2018, Had a noisy ASKO dryer. Their technician failed to fix it (broke it technically) and now no one will return my calls. Last time I got a scheduled technician he didn't show. Now I'm just leaving messages on their machine hoping someone there cares about justice while shopping for a new dryer. (December 2018)
