We are so thankful to have Ryan come out today to help fix our dishwasher. Ryan was prompt, courteous, competent, kind and very patient answering questions. I will specifically ask for Ryan again in the future! That being said, anytime we have called this business for help, we continue to work with great people. Thanks for being a great business that is trustworthy and down to earth.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator very quickly. Although the part took a while to come in, that was not their fault. They were excellent with their communication and updating us and the two different technicians that came to the house were very professional and quick. We would highly recommend them for appliance repair.

Your Tech, Zach was very good. He did his best with what we had to work with. While the stove is not at 100%, Zach got it pretty close We could get it to 100%, but it would cost too much to repair. Thanks to Zach’s efforts and expertise, it is working much better.

Absolutely awesome service! Arrived on time and assessed quickly. Got my dryer issue fixed in under an hour. But best of all, Jeffrey was so friendly and made me feel really at ease. Having a nice person come to the rescue really made my day. Thanks Jeffrey!

Contacted on a Friday via online request service and they responded quickly and came out Monday! Website sId they charge $132 for a Diagnostic Fee, however if you have the “repair” made the diagnostic fee is not charged. No mention of anything else regarding cost(s). My freezer door was out of alignment so the tech spent about 20 minutes adjusting 4 screws. He said he would only charge the “service fee” and no hourly fee. Again, neither of these costs were disclosed prior. The total cost was $174.20!!! How did he come to that figure?! I called the service manager who had a very lame explanation how that figure was determined. She told me the hourly rate is $240 (holy cow!), but still could not make sense to me atleast how that figure was calculated in my situation . Bottom line, very happy with quickness of response and repair, however very dissatisfied with cost.

These guys were awesome. They were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and even asked if I needed help with any of my other appliances. My dishwasher was not working, Jeff fixed it. Then I mentioned I wasnt getting ice in my refrigerator and he fixed that as well, in a jiffy, and didn't charge me for the small fix. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The most expensive repair that I ever had in 22 years. $31.00 Freight charge + $55.00 service call fee+ $144.00 zone travel fee. $230.00 in fees before they even start. $904.00 to change 4 thermocouple and a safety valve.

Need a pilot safety valve? Pilot generator or thermocouple? Or even Everpure water filters? No matter what parts you need to repair a piece of commercial foodservice equipment, you can get it right here at General Parts, formerly Ron's Service. Keep that equipment running to keep the profits coming.

They came out very quickly and were able to get our equipment working before our very busy weekend .

Surely and unprofessional service. Refuse to accept responsibility and no problem lying to your face. A group of 8 year olds could manage this company more efficiently. Don't even bother with these clowns, pick another vendor and save yourself the HELL!!
