I called these guys out because our AC was working, but not blowing cold anymore. They could not have been more helpful. They told us that our (frankly ancient) AC was worth keeping in good repair rather than replacing, and seemed super pleased to have been able to see it. Apparently ours is the sort of good craftsmanship you just don't see anymore. You can tell when someone knows a LOT about their field and these guys clearly not only know how to repair things but get excited about good systems. They fixed our issue within an hour and were very informative throughout. Reasonable price for the repair, too. I'll definitely be hiring them again for any HVAC needs!

Elijah took the time to explain what went wrong with our refrigerator and gave us good advice for buying a new one. He even went above and beyond when I was in a pinch because the scheduled installation for my new fridge fell through. I will definitely call him again if other appliance issues arise.

My refrigerator condenser was making a noise. I thought it was failing. Elijah came over and examined the condenser. It was working fine. The mounting bracketes needed a little tightening. He did it without charge. I would recommend him for appliance service and repairs.

Elijah is very responsive. We’ve used him on two of our washer/dryers and he usually can come out next day. He’s quick to diagnose problems and very fair in pricing. He’s honest and dependable. Fast, friendly very knowledgeable with new and older models. Elijah is a class act who has helped me repeatedly in a jam. Very skillful, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. Can’t say enough of what a solid professional he is. Even helped me with my large, very expensive commercial grade refrigerator in my house garage where I called around and had so many different repair ppl (before I got lucky and found Elijah via referral) turn me down saying they don’t work on those and that they only do residential products. Eli is reliable, honest, does great work. I really appreciate that he is very responsive and punctual about keeping to his appointment schedule. He will make recommendations about the cost effectiveness of repairing an appliance versus the cost of a new unit. He's also friendly, easy to chat with, and will explain problems if you're interested in the mechanics of the unit. I appreciate the fact that he can usually schedule an appointment within a 48-hour timeframe versus some appliance firms that are 7 days out on scheduling. Very glad that I found his service and will continue to call him every time I have an appliance problem on one of the rental units I manage.
