Our townhome that we rent was flooded by the water heater in the attic, and Servpro was very quick to respond. Tyler J, Tyler L, and Jesus on the mitigation team have done amazing work setting up all of the equipment needed to remove as much water as possible and prevent further damage. They’ve been great helping to explain everything in detail and even move items out of harm’s way as the extent of the damage was discovered. They’ve worked through the weekend to protect our home and belongings. Thanks so much for all of your help, and for being so available!

We just completed a fire repair on our duplex with cornerstone and I’ve never had to deal with something like this before! It was so overwhelming until we got in contact with cornerstone. Their whole team could not be more helpful, understanding and compassionate of this stressful time in our life. They made this whole process go so smoothly with barely anything for me and my mom the co-owner to worry about. They handled the whole process. While we obviously had to put our feedback in for decision making, they helped us understand these decisions and gave their expertise input to help us make choices. We got weekly updates as well which was thorough and incredibly helpful to understand what process of the project we were at. Special shoutout to Yonatan! I am so very grateful and thankful we got such a patient and kind project manager overseeing the repairs. He helped us when we were too busy to respond to decision making right away and gave us options to choose from instead of having to look around ourselves. I even looked up comparisons and he really does find the best quality for the best price. I could have spent countless hours and probably would have ended up choosing exactly what he suggested. Yonatan and the whole team are truly looking out for your best interests when your going through a disaster. At the end of the project our duplex is STUNNING, you would not believe it was burnt so badly it had to get taken down to the studs. I couldn’t have imagined a better looking home. Solid crew came by and helped mitigate significant water damage caused by a faulty appliance and local water tower failure. Anderson and Torell greatly contributed to the demolition of affected materials, often times spotting drywall panels that would easily be overlooked. Nash was the point man and made drying out the structure a breeze with a small army of air movers and dehumidifiers. The whole process was documented and relayed to insurance with little intervention on my part. I’d recommend this outfit based on my experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Servpro and especially Franyeli. After a kitchen fire, I was stressed and overwhelmed, but their team came in quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. Franyeli in particular went above and beyond—she was organized, detail-oriented, and made sure the cleanup was thorough from start to finish. Servpro delivered some antique furniture to me after repair work caused by flood damage. Adam Green and Raphael Mensah did the job and were wonderful in their care of the furniture, and, our walls. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the placement of each piece. I could not have been more pleased.

ServePro was great to work with! Katherine McKinney was so diligent in helping us get the project completed, with all the contractors needed to clean, mitigate, and reconstruct. Kat was a godsend for completing the project in 4 months! I hear it typically takes a year, so this is amazing!
Ben in accounting was brilliant and quick to respond when payment links were needed, and included any details we needed for our records and insurance.
Tyler's team to clean, dry, and open the walls where all of the water had seeped in, then helped us prep for the next steps for reconstruction. I am SO thankful he was on the project to keep everything moving and answer all my questions!

John Nash, Igor, Jesus, and Anderson we're great. They had great communication and got things done in a timely manner. we had a sewage back up.

We had our hardwood floor replaced after some water damage. The team that coordinated this effort was excellent. Kat McKinney interfaced with our insurance regularly and did a fantastic job. Our repair contractor Eric was outstanding in his knowledge of repair and his coordination of the subcontractors was perfect. We are very happy with the work performed and the professionalism of the team at ServPro.

John and his team were phenomenal!! We had a water leak and John was so knowledgeable and up front. He walked us through the water mitigation process and then followed through with a solid plan. Highly recommend Servpro!!

When I accidentally left the water running in my laundry room sink which then waterfalled onto the floor of my second floor laundry room and drained to the floor below, Servpro said they could be out to assess the situation and help within an hour. Eduardo was very kind and helpful getting our situation under control and drying us out. He along with Roberto and Tyler were awesome and responsive. If we have a problem again, we will call them and recommend them to others!

Adam, Johnny and Byron were amazing. They brought in all of our belongings and even helped us move some items from the AirBnB where we were staying while we were displaced.

Roberto and Igor were very courteous and professional and I appreciate their work to mitigate accidental water damage in my home.
