We had an unfortunate bathroom flood happen on Christmas day that needed immediate mitigation services. Servpro was at our home within two hours and took care of our problem as fast as possible. They knew exactly what we needed and we were extremely thankful for the work that Chris and Jesus did for us on an otherwise extremely inconvenient day. They were knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. We would recommend their services to anyone in need of mitigation.

ServePro Tigard needs to be your go to restoration contractor. I did not have a single negative thing to say about them. Every interaction was positive. From my first contact, to the inspection/estimate Tony provided, to the work performed, it was all done it a professional and friendly manor. John Nash was my project manager and was attentive, communitive, and followed through on everything. The crew helping him at various times (Jorma, Igor, Edward) all shined through to make sure that my home was back better than before the incident. Couldn’t imagine the process being any smoother, and even provided helpful hints for what we could do out of contract to make things even better. I wish there was a 6th star I could give them.

If I could leave a 10 star review for Chris at SERVPRO, I would! He was such an incredible technician, problem solver, listener, communicator, and overall great person. He and his partner Anderson helped us when our basement was leaking. They were always on time and were careful with our space, as well as being thorough in mitigating the issues. Chris' attitude was informative, helpful and encouraging. He genuinely went above and beyond and are grateful that he was our provider. Highly recommend!

Tyler and Sophia arrived to assess damage and prepare for mitigation/restoration services one hour after I called ServPro. Very professional and thorough work. They spent several hours going through my entire basement, and explained the work they were doing, and what to expect going forward.

Our second story washing machine overflowed down through the first floor and garage ceilings. Chris of ServPro Northwest was actively engaged in the recovery process for four days. He was wonderfully reliable and consistent, a great communicator and above all, sensitive to our needs throughout. All aspects of the drying and demo were managed beautifully and the cleanup spot on! His coworker, Alexander, did a great job supporting the effort! Grateful for the role he played and his work.

Igor was at our house within an hour and a half of our water incursion happening. The Servpro staff were responsive and helpful. John Nash was the technician and he was very thorough and did a great job.

I can not say enough about the crew that worked on my kitchen. We had a dishwasher leak and the water seeped under our floorboards. John Nash, Tyler and Edward were responsive, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend this team for water mitigation in your home.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give a zero. He lied and said there was no mold and everything was fine although the report 3 days later was totally different! Very rarely will you fine someone integral! Mold is prevalent in Oregon although no one wants to admit to it!

Recently a small leak was discovered at the base of a wall in a retail space that I rent for a business that I own...This leak brought moisture to the base of some walls and the moisture started to grow some unwanted "stuff." I was unaware of this until Pure Environmental happened to be in the space, and noticed this and brought it to my attention. What appeared to be a small little thing actually could have grown into a pretty big problem, BUT instead Pure Environmental took control of the situation, and quickly and professionally fixed everything within two days.
I felt so lucky to have had such a positive experience. They worked around the operating business schedule and came in during off hours to get the job done. They were honest, hard working, and knew what they were doing. I would HIGHLY recommend Pure Environmental for a variety of needs and situations.

Andy and his team are incredible at what they do and they do it with respect. We had a hard situation cigarette smoke removal and their work was incredible — full restoration!

They destroyed priceless items and others went missing when they were trusted to clean them. The mold cleaning products is not what damaged the items. They were informed of the special care needed and it was disregarded carelessly. Sketchy and handled everything after the fact in a weird way. Bad experience. Bibo and all others involved kept passing the blame around. Unprofessional.

Did a great job of helping with mold inspection & cleaning after a leak. They also have a very effective method for removing any lingering odors. I’m glad to know about that because I think it will come in Handy to use after tenants who have pets.

I cannot stress enough what a God-send it was to have Andy pick up the phone when I called Pure Environmental, in an anxious state, believing I brought bed bugs back from a trip to Ashland. He was thoughtful, rational, human, kind, and very, very expert. We talked for a long while about my particular scenario, and in the end, after a careful analysis, and many questions, he told me he didn't think I had BB's, and gave me invaluable advice on how to handle what he suspected I had. I followed his advice and so far I seem to be in the clear. With so much drama and catastrophizing around this sort of thing, Andy should be on a world panel or some kind of national BB circuit. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and decent. The world could use a good dose of his rational counsel around these concerns. And if I ever suspected such a problem again, knowing about Andy and this place I know would make all the difference between a traumatizing ordeal VS an inconvenience with a clear solution.

Omg, my tiny house smells so good now! A renter had left town because of an emergency, leaving her two birds flying around inside for three weeks. Needless to say, the smell was pretty bad in there.
