I cannot say enough good things about Andy or his calm, knowledgeable, and thorough problem-solving approach. He was suggested by another local restoration company who knew they wouldn't be a good fit for my situation. In the very first phone call he was incredibly generous with his expertise and his theories about what had created the odor in my house (and why), and he explained how he would solve it himself. At no point did I feel pressured or even coaxed into a sale or a service.

Later that same day, he made a visit to the property to drop off some equipment and did a full walkthrough. He checked the furnace and every room, and made 100% sure that he stood behind his initial theory (which turned out to be correct). By the time he left, I had all my questions answered (including a few I hadn't known to ask) and I felt so much better. Although I hope not to need his services again, I would gladly be a repeat customer and I'll send all of my friends his way.

I bought a home - and then sadly discovered that it was haunted by Mystery Smells. Since I did not create the problem, I was not sure of the exact cause - I needed an Odor Detective! Other services wanted me to make a purchase before sending anyone over to look, but Andy came by quickly to determine the source of the problem *before* recommending anything. Andy, Sam, and the team at Pure Environmental helped us tackle a pervasive odor problem in our old, unfinished basement. They took on mold removal, decades of water damage, and more to get to the root of it, and in the end, we had a clean space in which we could store belongings again. I used Pure Environmental to remove mold in my attic. After searching around online and having multiple contractors come out to bid the work, I chose this company because they were by far the most professional and communicative in comparison to all the others.

During the estimating process Andy came out not just once, but twice to make sure his quote was accurate and inclusive. He made me feel like my problem was important, and took the time to explain exactly the process of what the work was and why things would happen. Andy was always available by phone and email to answer questions (even though I'm sure we were plenty annoying!) and we appreciated how much communication he kept with us throughout the process.

Once they were contracted and out doing the work, they were quick, quiet and respectful of my house. Everything went as he described it would before we contracted him. I was also impressed that once everything was finished I could see no trace that they were there - so clean!

Andy and crew worked tirelessly to remediate our homes attic mold. During the bidding process Andy came prepared and laid out the job requirements and a accurate time line for each stage of the job. The crew worked till 7 pm one night to finish a stage of the job and I appreciated effort to not leave work half done. The crew was clean and respected my home.
