My townhouse sustained extensive water damage from a leaking pipe, Moise and his crew did an excellent job of removing all moisture from the walls and subflooring and preventing any further damage.

One of your drivers almost ran me off the road on July 17th. Their lane was closing but they wouldn’t pull back and there was someone in front of me so I couldn’t speed up. The road sign clearly stated “Right Lane Ends”.

Very professional and great to communicate with,.and worked with our State Farm insurance in a timely manner. They were out quickly to assist with our needs.

Great response to our situation and professional all the way. So glad we gave them a call to help us. They really made the whole thing painless and they worked directly with State Farm for much of the process.

After my water damage threw out my whole house, Servpro has showed me a new world I did not know existed. Working promptly and professionally to save my home. I was impressed with how quickly the team jumped in packed up my belongings, moved me out, demoed my house and kept in touch and informed with what was going on. After witnessing the disaster of my flood all it took was a phonecall to Servpro to bring hope and calmness to my situation. Servpro was at the scene with in a hour with machinery and a team ready to go on a Friday evening and worked non stop after hours and weekends. I currently am not back in my home but look forward to seeing Moise and his team move my stuff back in when repairs are done with my house. :)

The Serv Pro Guys were awesome, I have ever been through anything like this before and then my Boss tasks me with handling multiple sites. I don’t think I could have handled it with out Martin. Even after Mike, Josh and Taylor showed up on scene Marvin stayed through the whole process giving step by step guidance. One thing that really impressed me was that he took the time make sure that I was mentally ok, He would see the stress in my demeanor and step in to give me a hand, or just say hey why don’t we go grab lunch.
Another Awesome thing was the resources that they have access to, Martin and the team are so much more than Mitigation Specialists, Marvin has access and connections to anything and everything to do with the restoration of your property. When I needed roofers to seal up and protect, he made a phone call, they were here the next morning, When I Plywood it showed up the next day, when need restoration services I had a company there that afternoon.
It is now 4 weeks out since the storm and Martin still contacts me twice a week to see how things are going. Last week I explained to him that my Insurance company was dragging their feet and Martin hooked me up with a Public Adjusting company that has showed up and got the claim process moving once again.
When You Hire Marvin and Serv Pro You get so much more than a Mitigation Company, you get a partner in the process who help you every step of the way. More than just recommending Marvin I will tell you that you are a fool for using anybody else.

I highly recommend this company for any water or fire restoration. They do great work, they are very punctual, hardworking, and easy to work with. Servpro of East Portland also works with your insurance companies which is very helpful.

Left high but not dry. Got everything set up with Moises on a Monday and was told he would be contacting my insurance company to get the ball rolling. I was also told that he would check up and see how the dryout was going by Wednesday. On Friday we received a call from another Servpro saying that Moises was too busy for our job and could no longer complete the project. Not once was this explained to us by Moises. We are now a week behind schedule due to this lack of communication. It is an unfortunate situation when you are relying on someone to help get your house put back together.

Keep in mind, servepro's are franchised and I would recommend them over all. Just don't use this one.

By now everyone is aware of or current situation with the broken water hose in the house day 5. Everyone also knows I'm pretty laid back but I am over poor customer service and we have received the very worst possible Emergency service response from this company. After several days of our insurance company, adjuster and ourselves trying to get them to come back or even call or text us back we got another company to respond and get to work. Long story short this is the just beginning of filing reports with the Betterbusinessbureau the state of Oregon and the city of Portland. Posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram no excuses for this sort of customer service.

ServPro was a real savior to me as my condo flooded at 4:30 am many months ago. It been difficult with 2 insurances fighting over coverage but we finally got it completed and Moise was so helpful.

Took samples, gave estimates, put a dehumidifier up for approx 1 week, they had to remove it and they said they'd return in 2 weeks. They never did. I called them back and they gave a sorry excuse something like they thought I was going to do business elsewhere (wasn't the case, poor communication) then we scheduled another 3 weeks out for TODAY and they called me and said they are 6 weeks out... so I said okay. Then they say like nope they won't schedule me. So I've waited this long for nothing.
Poor receptionist communication skills, poor scheduling, not dependable and not reliable. I cant imagine what their work is like.

They are a horrible company. Did additional damage. Did not complete the job. Worked in Vancouver without a license. Had to fight to get back things and many were broke and lost. Inventory list was not complete and no pictures of all my things were taken. Came home one day after they said they were done and found two employees in my home and cars were parked down the street. My insurance company , myself and my contractor had 4 hr meeting with district manager . They were no doing Servpro protocol. My insurance company fired them. Beware!!!!

SERVPRO of East Portland is probably one of the most professional companies you will ever come across. They flawlessly complete any task they are given, no matter how challenging it may be. They are on time and extremely friendly! Any questions that I had, they were quick to answer and even gave suggestions as to what can be done in a more budget friendly way to benefit the customer. I highly recommend SERVPRO to everyone! They are absolutely phenomenal!

ServPro on Marx...did a very good job of cleaning up water damage from frozen pipe breakage. The problem began when it was time to clear out home for replacement of flooring. Took a very long time in packing-unfortunately did not receive bid for packing up, storage, and returning of furniture and boxes. I am having no response on picking up items that were returned to us that were not ours. Said could not find a box that we are missing - just a few small items. 2 pictures with broken glass but that can be expected I guess - did pay for replacement of glass. Also, no response on fixing door that was not hung correctly. “Real busy right now”. Went with someone else for replacement of flooring. Get a good concrete quote especially if insurance is paying...

I had a fridge water line break and flood my basement. Luckily I was awake when it happened so it was not a complete loss. I called serve pro the next day and Moise came out the same day to evaluate the damage as well as start some of the drying process. The next day they were able to do demo of the damaged drywall. They move very quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and only did the minimal amount of demo that was necessary. Moise and the entire crew were friendly and courteous, and were flexible about my schedule.

Moises and Jacob and the crew were amazing! These guys jumped right in and took care of everything. They were respectful, professional and attentive and I thoroughly recommend them for any problem you may face. In this day of impersonal service these guys are a throw-back to how it used to be with genuine care for the customer! Impressed! 6 out of a possible 5 stars. Also, I wanted to add that they carefully moved furniture before working and were so attentive to so many other little details that highlighted their expertise and awareness of the difficulty we faced with everything that needed to be done. Thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience with them they helped me through a tough time with the water damage that occurred in my home. Even though my house was a complete disaster they answered all my questions and were so respectful everything went so smooth from fixing my home to dealing with my insurance. I highly recommend using this Servpro ! Definitely will be calling them if I need them again.

I recently had a major fire in my kitchen. I called Servpro around 10pm & they scheduled me in & came the very next day. They took a look & I got an estimate.( very professional) During the clean up they kept everything organized trying to make sure all the contaminated components/wood were taken care of & once the repairs were made I was definitely satisfied with the work. Sara made the process so easy for me & my wife. I would definitely recommend!

Christian was great. He got over to me right away and found a problem that could have caused a ton of damage.
