Jason Garcia and Randall the terminator came to our house at 2:00 AM and saved us. We were flooded by a broken water heater and two flooded garages and kitchen damage. They were amazing and remember it was 2:00 AM. Servpro is amazing and honest. We called Roth Home for help with the water heater and they took advantage of a crisis and charged $4700 for a water heater. Servpro did what they said and I couldn’t recommend anything better than they were Thank you so much.

Someone from this company came to clean my upstairs neighbors apartment last week. They parked their van less than a foot away from my open kitchen window with it idling for almost an hour with exhaust fumes going directly into my apartment. I was worried because it was hard to breathe and I have a cat on there too. I went up to nicely ask him if he could move his van to a different location, he said he would try and moved it not even 3 feet backwards, but still in front of my window. I closed all the windows on the side of my apartment he was parked on and opened all the windows on the other side and turned a fan on to try to air it out. I called the company to just see if there’s a way that next time they could park somewhere else. They basically said no and that I need to talk to my landlord because that’s who chooses the parking spot (my landlord said that was false and that he should’ve parked in an empty parking space that was literally less than 10 feet away). When the carpet cleaning guy was leaving the building, I heard something hit my door but didn’t think anything of it. My husband got home from work about 10 minutes after this, and asked me what was on our door. Turns out the carpet guy literally splashed something on our door, looked like he probably hit it with a soaked sponge. It was a white-ish substance that smelled like cleaner and ruined my door. There’s a huge spot where you can see the spot and the drips from it because it lightened the actual door, whatever the cleaner was. I called the company and told them. I emailed a video of his van basically almost in my window and also sent pictures of my ruined door. They haven’t contacted me back.

After having the carpet in one of our apartment homes done we found problems with the installation. When speaking with Scott and Jeremy they refused to fix the problem. I have attached the pictures of the incorrectly installed carpet by the heater and the before pictures of the wall where the carpet was installed. We also have a witness (another vendor)who can verify that it was not installed at the time of the carpet installation!
The pictures is of the carpet installation before the heater was install and as you can see there are no holes for the heater. So, if there was a problem how come their expert installer did not contact maintenance to discuss this matter?

I had three pipes bust within a a two years. Nothing work to get the horrible enveloping odor until Alex used his skills to neutralize the odor and bring my carpet back to life. Thanks Alex and PG Long your the best !

I’ve been working with JT and Noah here, and they are great. We started using their FIBO shower systems which are absolutely beautiful and easy to install. Highly recommend!!!

Adam is very easy to work with and works hard to ensure that I am satisfied with the quality of the work completed when a job is finished. I know I can always call on him to assist or troubleshoot when I have a complicated flooring repair or if something is overlooked. Trust is so important in this industry and Adam has gained that confidence.

Charged for the carpet cleaning 4 months AFTER service was done. We do not appreciate the lack of professionalism and lack of responsibility to have billed when service was done as expected. $200 in this economy is detrimental. No warning given. Absolutely unacceptable knowing the general manager is who pulled our money after his employee failed to do his job correctly 4 MONTHS AGO for “not having the correct information”. So much for not having our correct information information. THIS IS THEFT.

This company gets it! Very rarely do I leave feedback, however this is an exception. I have used PG Long on numerous occasions and have yet to be disappointed! Sure there are other companies that offer the same service , however the difference..... is their service and willingness to go the extra mile!
