I have been the the multi family industry for 4 years and have not found anything like PG. Long’s customer service. Kelsey my Rep. is the best! I am here in the Vancouver area and she rocks it up here! Even when she doesn’t have time she makes time for me and I can’t not appreciate that enough! She’s the best!

I'm really surprised to see bad reviews for this company because I've done property management for over 15 years and used a lot of different flooring and carpet cleaning companies but I've never had a bad experience with PG Long. In that time I managed over 20 complexes from 15 - 200+ units so I've done a lot of turns. My sales rep (Shane) is always very helpful and the installers were always on time and fast. There was one time I forgot to schedule a unit that needed done ASAP so a tenant could move in and they helped me out and got it done for me right away.

When I had a carpet that looked ruined because some tenants spilled something on it (I can't imagine what!) I had one of their carpet cleaning techs out to see if they could clean it and I was shocked when it came out so clean I couldn't even see where the stain was! (Thank you David!)

I haven't managed a lot of "A" properties, but they always try to clean the carpets back to that standard (even though I tell them my tenants do not expect that!)

I used to give other companies a try once a year just to see if I could find one that could do better, but now I don't bother.

Amazing service today by Delaney from the Portland OR location. Not only did he clean the carpet very well but his customer service is fantastic.

Phenomenal customer service and communication! I am a property manager at a few apartment properties. My rep Dusty at one property has saved me on a few last-minute carpet replacements in apartment homes. His motto is "My job is to make your job easier." So modest! Conor Murphy and Mark have helped me at my other apartment property with carpet cleaning and fixing my stairs. It's difficulty to find great vendors like this, definitely a gem!

Brent at PG Long is kind, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. We had been struggling to find a solution to replace the awful bright green turf a prior owner installed on the deck of our vacation cabin. We called PG Long on whim, and hit the jackpot. Right away, Brent had ideas. He sent us several samples and took time to explain why we should use a certain waterproof adhesive. Even though we had a tiny project and a small budget to work with, Brent went above and beyond for us. We love the look of our deck now, and it is so much more comfortable and durable. I wholeheartedly recommend PJ Long.

PG long has completed multiple service calls to our building with top-notch customer care and quality repairs. Adam has been VERY easy to work with. Kudos on your new Restoration Team! We had a recent water incursion and Courtney, along with other staff from PG Long, did an outstanding job working to clean up our problem and demo to prepare for restoration. The prompt response and attention to detail resulted in less property damage than anticipated. They have not completed the restoration portion yet, but I anticipate that will be as well done as the clean up. Their proposal for the restoration is extremely reasonable and I look forward to working with them to finish out this project.

We use PG Long for all of our multifamily properties. Not only are the reps easy and wonderful to work with, the company itself values stellar service. The staff values customer service and you can tell they enjoy working for the company. I highly recommend this company for all your carpet needs. I have used them in my personal home as well and can't speak highly enough of the overall experience.

I can’t say enough good about the quality of work that was done by Eddie and Aldo.

A few months ago they were out to replace flooring in the guest bedroom. They completed the job in a few hours, and did a fantastic job. Recently they installed new vinyl planking on the entire first floor. The results were outstanding

What stood out was their professionalism, great attention to detail, taking great care to avoid damaging furniture, walls, doors and door molding. And they had a good sense of humor.

They arrived on time and went right to work until taking a short break for lunch, then went right back to the task at hand. When they were done, you’d never know we had two craftsmen in our home performing the work they did.

We’d have no problem referring PG Long to anyone looking to purchase new flooring.

PG Long is an amazing restoration company. We recently had a water loss situation at our property, and PG Long was prompt and thorough throughout the process. Courtney is fantastic! It was a pleasure working with her. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Just another rave review for PG Long. The office staff is so helpful. We often need copies of invoices and paper trail documents when we replace carpet and hard flooring within our community. One thing I love about working with PG Long is they keep great records for each apartment we update. If I need a copy of an old invoice it's done quickly. If I have questions about an invoice they clarify and explain in detail. Specifically Rose in the office sent me a report recently with all of our property history so that I had it accessible at my finger tips without even asking. Great customer service!

I was really dreading having anybody in my house working on my floors,
but Jhonny Lopez and Leonardo Periz made it a very pleasant unstressful situation.
They were friendly, they were considerate of my home my feelings my belongings, cleaned up behind themselves and made as little noise as they could get away with what the kind of work they were doing.
