Great service! The team came out quickly and patched our roof that was damaged. They were professional and went above and beyond to give us peace of mind until the roof can be prepared.

Sam and his team responded to our late evening call exactly as promised.
They immediately communicated best and worst outcomes based in the problem and then proceeded to work strategically to reduce the damage caused by a burst pipe.
The result was that we were fortunate to end up on the very optimistic side of their predictions and we credit that to their focused and consistent work on our behalf. -
Our experience with Service master QRT was excellent. So helpful and reassuring us that everything would be repaired to our satisfaction; and it was ! Sam guided us every step of the way. Explained what was happening and was always just a phone call away. Thanks.

We dealt with Tristan and Brandon. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had just dealt with another company that was the complete opposite ,,so to have to get another company in between 2 holidays and a vacation we were a bit nervous. Awesome guys!

I had a very negative experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Last January after the snow and ice storm my condo was flooded by a backed up sewer line. It was a disaster. My insurance company, State Farm, provided me with two referrals, one being this company. I called them right away and gave them all our information, including our StateFarm claim number. They said someone would call me a little bit to schedule an appointment. I did not get a call until later the next day. It was Alex Cercea, he said he could be there in 10 minutes if I wanted an assessment. I rushed over to my condo and met him. He assessed the mess telling me how experienced he was having been done this work for some time and urged me to sign an authorization right there. I had scheduled another company recommend by the plumbers who had attended to the blockage later that afternoon so I wanted to get their assessment also. When that company came they could not start the work until the following week at the earliest. With sewage floodage I needed remediation immediately. I called Alex and said we wanted to go with them and he said he would send me the authorization form. I signed it the next morning. He asked me again for the StateFarm claim number and contact of our claims adjuster which I provided. Later that afternoon he called back and said our claim had been denied and we would have to sign a different authorization since the first one had been a StateFarm form. Ruthie from their central office sent me a different authorization form that I signed and returned. She acknowledged receipt of it. This put off the service off for another day. Alex called the next day at 3:35pm and said he would be at the condo in 20 minutes. Then at 3:54 Samuel Cercea who said he was the owner called me and said they would not be doing the job because they only did insurance work. He said Alex was new and just did not know this. I guess Ruthie Inman in their central office did not know this either. I assured him I would pay for the service up front but he refused to provide the service. This put me back to step one after 3 days wasted on them. I had to start all over trying to find new company to do the work while the flooded sewage wreaked even further damage to my condo.

I had the unfortunate need to have to call on ServiceMaster but boy am I glad that my insurance company connected me to them. From the very start ServiceMaster was very professional, accommodating and helpful in every way! There was a water leak in my preschool The Finch Academy and we lost 98% of our books and several other items. Alex and his crew from ServiceMaster called me within 1 hour after I spoke with my insurance company and he came out that morning to access the damage. They were so very professional by rolling a paper carpet down the hall so as to not track the floors up and they cleaned up everything! I give them a FIVE STAR rating!

Our upstairs laundry room flooded in July. Sam, Brandon and their team did a thorough job on the remediation which ended up causing a lot of damage. As a result, Sam and Alex did our rebuild which included drywall, painting, tile installation, and plumbing. The team was so great- the work was amazing and looks better than it did prior to the flooding! While something like this can be a huge hassle, Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with- very reliable and professional. I highly recommend!!!

While on vacation our home created it's own indoor swimming pool, needless to say it was a shock to walk into. I couldn't recommend them enough they turned our nightmare into a beautiful remodel.

We sprung a leak in a water heater line flooding part of our downstairs. Funny how things don't look so bad, but when you measure how much water infiltrated the walls, baseboards, carpet, and flooring, it's a harsh awakening. ServiceMaster was one of the companies that our insurance company recommended. Brandon and his team were extremely helpful. They evaluated the water damage and helped us plan remediation. They did excellent work. However, we did experience one hiccup. After they replaced the flooring in the laundry room, the washer drain hose was not reconnected properly. Just on the eve of everything being restored, the washer flooded part of the newly finished work. However, ServiceMaster responded immediately and made it right. Even with the hiccup, I would not hesitate to call upon ServiceMaster for help in the future.

Daniel and the team at ServiceMaster went above and beyond when we had water damage in our home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, kind, and truly cared about getting our home back to normal. Daniel kept us informed throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services!

I had a great experience with ServiceMaster during a recent cleanup/mitigation project when my bathroom flooded. From the start, their team was responsive, professional, and efficient. They offered to come out the same night I called in at 5pm.
I especially want to recognize Brandon, who was our main point of contact throughout the process.
He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. He was always available for questions, provided timely updates, and stayed on top of the entire job from start to finish. His follow-through and communication gave us peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful time.
The cleanup was thorough, and the mitigation work was done with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the level of service we received and would absolutely recommend ServiceMaster. Can’t wait to have the repair work start! -
Had storm damage during the last major wind and rain storm. Alex and his ServiceMaster team came out and jumped right to work in a professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoring/repair work done.

Our kitchen flooded and Alex came out that same morning and got the process rolling. He was very easy to talk with throughout the weeks long process. There were hiccups here and there but him and his crew always came through and took care of it!

We had a great experience with Service Masters. They helped us with our home after our kitchen fire. They were very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. More specifically the employee Alex did an incredible job keeping us in the loop and was always there when we called. Would definitely recommend them

Alex and his team were quick to help us get our home back in one piece after a kitchen flood. Their communication was top notch and they were always available to answer questions or address our concerns. They were very patient with a particularly pesky neighbor, and they even came out the week of Thanksgiving to fix an issue that would have otherwise taken three more weeks. Highly recommend Service Master!
