Tom was great. He was very thorough with his inspection. Myself being a contractor, I was very impressed with his knowledge in all aspects of the construction trade. If your purchasing a home a good inspector can really save you some near future headaches. I highly recommend Tom.

Tom was excellent - probably the most thorough home inspection you could ever have. He noted everything and took pictures of everything. He considered short and long-term concerns, explained them thoroughly in our discussion, and included detailed information in his report. One of the most valuable aspects of his service was his ability to explain things thoroughly and comprehensively. There were architectural decisions when the developers were building our property and he took the extra time to explain them and because of that we could stratify short and long term risks and better understand our property as a whole. Also of note, he was remarkably personal and pleasant to work with.

I found Tom online and chose him based on numerous positive reviews. He was able to schedule our inspection within one week due to a cancellation. My husband and I were very pleased with the inspection he did. He was professional and kind, knowledgeable and thorough, and he provided feedback immediately. He gave my husband and I a rundown of the major things that came up during the inspection and talked about everything from small to large. He sent us a thorough report by the end of the day complete with pictures and comments. Overall I would recommend Tom to anyone purchasing a home, especially an older home since there is more that could go wrong.

Tom is a fantastic home inspector! I recently moved from AZ to OR and had a lot to learn when it came to buying a house. From resetting my mind from scorpions in old orange groves, AC size, descaling water, to mold, gutter state, and new critters. Tom did a great job answering my questions as a home owner in a new area. He took his time on the inspection and found things I know other inspectors I have had in the past would have missed.
