I just had a small project and Josh did a fantastic job. His work is outstanding and did a wonderful job with cleanup. Erika's design is simple yet beautiful. Square Deal Remodeling does exceptional work!

Jared and Peter were the best team for our bathroom addition/remodel in our 130 year old house. Jared utilized Buildertrend for scheduling and was so communicative, clear, and positive the entire process. Peter was extremely skilled at his craft and so kind and polite every day. 110% recommend Square Deal, we felt confident they had our back and took great care of our home. We will be reaching out to them again for future projects.

Years ago, Square Deal Remodeling built kick-out bedroom on our 2nd floor and built a SkyDeck on top! It has been wonderful. With the threat of the "Big One" lurking out there ... we had Square Deal come back and reinforce all the attachments and add extra mounting plates. It was done quickly and correctly ... and now our peace of mind is just that much better.
While they were on-site, we also had them install a threshold for our shop door in a concrete floor. Outside noise level dropped immediately!
We are so happy with the continued high-level of workmanship shown by Square Deal Remodeling. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future for our remodeling/project needs.

Worth every penny! This is the second homeTom has inspected for us. The first one we bought, and the second one we did not. What I found valuable about Tom's inspection process is the way he prioritized issues based on financial impact and urgency. Tom is as good as it gets as both a person & home inspector. He is straight forward, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients. He is very diligent while inspecting, and calm with his delivery of findings.
It can be very overwhelming as a first time home buyer hearing the list of issues, but he keeps things in perspective and overall big picture things to tackle first, and what can be taken care of in the future. That allowed me to feel much more at ease and know I could be confident in my purchase as well as where to aim when asking the seller for repairs.

He has so much general knowledge too - I told him some future remodel ideas and he was able to spitball with me and think if they'd ever be reasonable or not and why or why not.

My home inspection was scheduled quickly on my new construction. The inspection was thorough and the attention to detail was outstanding. pictures with arrows were provided in the report. I could not attend the last portion of the inspection, but Tom was willing to verbally summarize the inspection with me over video chat. He was also responded quickly to follow up questions I had about the report and the repair addendum negotiations. Payment was easy as well.
