Pavel and his team were great to work with in every aspect. I was a bit cautious going into the project because I had not worked with them before, but going forward I will only use Cascade Flooring Pro's. I called 4 companies to quote new hardwood floors and he talked about the details of the project that the other companies didn't. I work for a large general contractor in Oregon, so I am used to contracting with a lot of flooring companies. What I don't like is to have a company start the work and then tell me that all the small items that weren't discussed weren't included in the price and will be extra. Pavel did not do that. The quote he provided was what I paid. He had a great price and and a quality installation. His takeoff for the flooring was spot on. They were on time, beat the schedule, and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them for hardwood installation.

We are so thankful we chose Cascade Flooring Pros to change our flooring in our 23 year old home. They removed three different kinds of original flooring. After installing Coretec, the transitions look seamless. When we had an issue with the way our home builder installed our pipes under the floor, they absorbed the cost when a leak occurred (it wasn't anyone's fault except the builders). They are a company of integrity! My husband Mark and I would highly recommend their company. They certainly are pros!

I cannot say enough about Pavel and his entire crew. Very professional, considerate, honest and flexible from start to finish. These boys are terrific in every way. It takes a lot of time and energy to do an entire house project, but we have been so happy with the upgrade to luxury vinyl tile. These guys know their product and stand behind it. They are hard-working and respectful of your property. They cleaned up every day when finished and prevented dust as much as possible. Would recommend them to anyone and will keep their contact for future home projects! 10. Stars if I could!!

A+ experience. Pavel the owner was very helpful in guiding us through the process and how to get rid of the smell on a property we purchased. His crew did fantastic work and completed the job on time (early, actually). Our floors and carpets look amazing. Born the carpet crew and the LVP crew knocked it out the park and were a super friendly group of guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to family and friends. All around great experience.

Pavel and his professionals saved the day! I had less than one week to replace carpet in a rental home that had been damaged beyond repair, before my new tenants arrived. I called every flooring company that came up on my google search and no one including Home Depot and Lowe’s could get it done in time, except for Pavel and his team. Within 4 days Pavel and his team ripped up and hauled out the old padding and carpet,and replaced it with new padding and carpet. Pavel gave me a reasonable price (even with the time constraint) and was efficient and professional. I own several properties in the area and will definitely use Cascade Flooring Pros for my future flooring projects. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I needed to replace the flooring in our kitchen after a hidden leak spread under our floor boards. Pavel and his crew were incredible to work with, helping us to cut out some additional flooring to replace it and the entire kitchen with ceramic tile, as well as finding a flooring transition between our existing wooden flooring and the new tile that exactly matched the color of our old floor. You can see the before and after photos - they're life-savers!
