Jonathan and team were amazing. Conscientious, timely and friendly. Loved the professionalism and the finished job. We ran into unforeseen issues (had to re-pipe whole house, but Jonathan found good subs and kept on schedule). See the before and after below. Would highly recommend.

We had Jonathan came out to help with replacing an over the range microwave to a cabinet and range hood. My husband and I are over 65 so we can no longer do it ourselves (and lack of appropriate tools). Jonathan found time out of his long term remodeling work to help us out at very reasonable rate. He worked with passion, patience and compassion for us seniors (and our many questions as he work), and most of all tidy as he left with nothing for us to clean after. We really appreciate all the great work and if there is any remodeling or handyman work, We will definitely be calling him back!

We had a bad contractor came in and done nothing but to further ruin our primary bathroom after water damage first destroyed it. We were a few months away from welcoming our daughter and all hope was lost as we have no clue on how to find good contractors anymore after that ordeal. Jonathan and his crew from PFI were saviors. Not only did they repair as many damages that were previously done but they also made our vision come true in a tight timeline (2 weeks before our daughter was born). Although it was a condensed timeline, Jonathan and his crew would not accept anything but perfection in their craftsmanship and professionalism. They will have our calls and full recommendations on future jobs for their detail oriented mindset, professionalism and drive to perfection.

PFI’s Jonathan Crane and his team did an amazing kitchen remodel for me. Their attention to detail, reasonable pricing, great communication and quality work along with accurate timeline led to the 5 star rating. I will gladly recommend them and plan to use them for my next project. I’ve attached before and after pics, going from dark finishes to lighter and brighter.

Jonathan and Serge were wonderful to work with and their craftsmanship was great. Great customer service - Jonathan made certain we were 100% happy with the results. We had new carpeting, two bathrooms semi remodeled and major remodel to master bath with glass shower and free standing petite tub. All look great!

Absolutely adore this company! The whole team is so kind, quick, and great at what they do. I can’t recommend enough!

High quality service..

One of their drivers is very unprofessional. On the freeway and heavy traffic he was cutting people off and almost caused three accidents that I saw. Even flip people off if they wouldn’t let him in

Don't know about their actual work but theirs drivers constantly cut people off and reverse into the middle of busy roads without even looking to see if the road is clear. Seriously do better

The team at Sardonyx came in and knocked the job out of the park. It isn't easy to get that pattern lined up with the grout lines. We had a small bathroom with a slope. I'm grateful for their knowledge and professionalism.

I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from this business about a dog they have chained up out front of their Boring location 24/7 but have had zero response. The dog has had no food or water each time I have checked over the past week. After day 3 of witnessing this I went into the gated area and was greeted by the most sweet dog who just wanted affection and to play. The dog had no food or water and has a very short chain for the size of the yard. I left a dish with water in it for the dog. I went to the house located next door they stated it was their brothers dog that it lives in front of the building on the chain with very little shelter . The owner of the dog maybe the company too, contacted me and told me they have already been contacted by animal services regarding the lack of the care for the animal and told me to mind my business. He was very rude and did not seem to care for the dog. He said I was suspicious and he will call the police on me for trespassing when i was just trying to help by giving the dog much needed food and water. I personally wouldn't support a business like this due to how inhumane they are and the lack of compassion towards people and animals. No dog should have to live chained outside a building that is barely ever occupied. The door had
dirty paw scratches on it as if the dog was looking for a way inside. Probably from the heat we have had recently as well as the brisk night and mornings.
I would have rated zero stars if that was an option. Sardonyx, be better!

Sardonyx did a fabulous job resurfacing our Hearth with porcelain tile. They were very professional and it turned out beautifully!
We would recommend Sardonyx to our friends and would use them again ourselves.

The team from Sardonyx installed tile floors in our livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and bathroom. They also tiled our new walkin shower and our kitchen walls. They not only did an excellent and beautiful job but they went out of their way to work long hours, including the weekend in order to complete the work in a timely manner. Our main tiler, Ted was efficient, friendly and pleasant to have in our home. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent company. Sardonyx retiled my master bathroom after the floor tiles became loose. They were extremely patient with my questions, knowledgeable about new trends so I avoided a dated look, and my floor and tub are absolutely perfect. It's so much better than the original remodel. I wish I had used them the first time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sardonyx was brought in by our builder to do the tile in three bathrooms and a kitchen. The result is spectacular. Absolutely beautiful installation of some very challenging tile designs, Their workers were extremely professional and polite.

As an interior designer I adore using Sardonyx and so do my clients. The showroom staff are always friendly and professional. They are always quick and responsive. Their field tradespeople are the best! The quality of work is unmatched. I greatly appreciate how well they operated their entire business. It only helps me look good in my field and it makes my clients very happy.

We had Sardonyx remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. They did a fantastic job, high quality all the way around. We really appreciated their suggestions for improvements, and then their willingness to do what it took to get it done. There was a severe shortage of plumbing parts at the time, but they worked around that and got the job done. John was our project manager, he hustled every day to get the work done. I highly recommend the company, they are great!!

John and his entire crew are amazing! We used them in two separate occasions for a guest bathroom and a master bathroom remodel. We have been very happy with the outcome both times . The installers are knowledgeable, on time , and detail oriented. John is attentive and easy to work with. We are looking forward to use them again for future home improvements.

Our most recent project was actually the fifth one that Sardonyx has done for us and it was spectacular as always! We have used them for floor tile, shower/bath tile and now tiling a fireplace surround. Their quality of work is exceptional. Highly recommend.
