I have a picture of one of your drivers he was down right rude cut us off no blinker speeding on McLaughlin blvd at 9:47am on Jan 3rd. Speed limit is 40 not 60.

One of your drivers (of a white pickup truck) was headed north on Peninsular Ave, as I was riding my bicycle home from my night shift RN job this morning at ~8:45am. This driver buzzed me going way over the speed limit of 25 on this residential road with speed bumps. They then turned left on Willis Ave (after a rolling stop at the 4 way stop intersection) and sped through a school zone for the Spanish immersion elementary school a block away.

It seems like your driver's are careless, at least thats the impression I got a few days ago when I almost drove into the back of one of your vans on hwy 47 when they pulled out in front of me.

After seeing one of their drivers tailgating and speeding, I wouldn't trust their work. If they are willing to be this reckless on the road with company logos on the vehicle, they are probably too careless in their job as well. Vehicle regularly doing at least 10mph over on Millard Rd in Warren, and 20mph over on hwy 30 heading into Portland. There are enough posts on here describing their careless drivers that they would be in a bad situation if they cause an accident.

At around 11:55 am I was driving south on 213 in Oregon city and I saw this company van tailgating this one car horribly . I would have been so upset if they were doing it to me. I see a few reviews about drivers. Maybe go have a talk about common curtesy on the road

Ramos came out to our HOA to fix a leak and related damage to the floor of an attached 6 by 12 foot deck that sits above a garage of one of our townhouses. In addition to repairing the structural damage, the goal was also to ensure that the pooling of water in the corner of the deck that had no scupper wouldn't occur again. They decided to re level the deck hoping to aim the water to the other end where there was a scupper. However, after a few rainfalls I determined that this plan wasn't working because the water continued to pool in the corner that had no scupper. After a few back and forth emails, they came out and installed a scupper in the corner where the pooling had been continuing. Now it's all fixed . They were very professional about it all, and honored the original contract to fix both the damage and the pooling problem. I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and will turn to them again for bids on future projects.

I had a crew working on my house for a few weeks doing lead remediation. Russell and the team did a fantastic job, and were very thorough and made sure not to get any lead scrapings anywhere on the property. They were friendly, polite and helpful as well and I highly recommend them!

I hired RJ Ramos Construction and their Painting Company to remodel my basement and must say that I am glad I hired them. Not only was their quote competitive but they completed the project on time and did not charge me a bunch of extra change orders. The project included the following scope: Remove existing concrete floor and excavate an additional foot then pour new concrete floor. Seal existing walls and repair foundation. Install new supporting sub-wall then install framing and sheet rock. Install full bathroom and egress window. Install plumbing for new water heater and laundry room. Installed new electrical sockets. Installed tile and laminated flooring. New doors and new windows.They worked with the architect and the structural engineer and most importantly they handled the city of Portland planning and permit labyrinth for me. After they were finished with the construction part their painters came in and painted. It was nice to just have to write a check for services rendered. Thank you RJ Ramos and crew. Larry K.

I've worked with this company a number of times over the years both with current and former home involving roofing, gutters, siding, painting, electrical, interior remodel, you name it. This is our 'go to' company since they've always done a great job overall from communication to attention to detail. Highly recommend. We have always been thankful for their sincerity in doing a good job and workmanship.

The Noll family experience with contractors had been a nightmare until Kris, with Ramos Construction, was contacted to help us. They consistently communicated the process, who would be at our house, the timeline and safety was a priority. The work was excellent, the workers professional, and we even got a follow up thank you card. Wow! Will use them again for sure when needed!

From beginning & throughout our urgent need to repair & renovate the bathroom in a rental unit, Kris & the entire staff at Ramos Construction exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough positive things about all of the Ramos team. Kris, Bill, Angel, and Randy helped us with a very, VERY poorly done job by another construction company. In 8 days, this other company had done an immense amount of demo/damage with no actual plan for rebuild. Ramos took on the job despite being busy and having no prior example of what the structure looked like. They have been so great. They contacted the original architect from the 70s to make sure the rebuild was in spec with his work. They worked with the City on what they taken on (no permits, no plans, incorrect work) and how to move forward. They met with us and a third party structural engineer consult when we wanted to see if we could make a claim against the other construction company. They have always been available, friendly, done clean, expert work and respected our small time/picky requests. When we move to our next project, we will absolutely work with Ramos.
