I have used RJ Ramos for two projects and both times have been extremely satisfied with the work and the crew. My first project (roofing) was a relatively small job but was handled with efficiency and was completed sooner AND looking better than I had anticipated. My most recent project, on a different house, just wrapped up today. The crew was equally as efficient as the roofing crew and they were really just great guys. The project was completed before the “estimated finish time” and looks fantastic. I feel so good knowing that RJ Ramos is around for my construction and project needs. Highly, highly recommend. These are great people.

Really happy about our experience with Juston / Electech. The contractor that our warranty company sent us wanted to do a bigger, much more expensive fix for a dead outlet. Juston responded to our request quickly, was easy to communicate with, and was able to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a pretty simple fix. We also appreciate him taking the time to explain things, as we learn about our electrical systems.

We have worked with Electech on wiring two separate house renovations and they were fabulous. It was a no-brainer to have them come to add wiring and install two ceiling fans. With a 100 year old house, you never know what you'll find, but they were prepared. With fingers crossed, they opened the ceiling, found the joist, and voilá, the wiring was done. 100% will work with them any time.

I first hired Electech to do all the wiring, etc., for a kitchen remodel about 6 or 7 years ago and was very happy with the work, customer service, and communication. Therefore, I was sure I wanted to work with them again when I bought a nearly 100 year old house that needed a total electrical renovation. Again, I am very happy with the work, customer service, and communication. And, I've had the good fortune to work with Juston on both the job several years ago, and the current one. I think the fact that Electech retains their excellent technicians speaks to how well this business is operated. They're great, I can't recommend them enough!

Justin with Electech is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Electech better keep him forever because I swear he will be the only electrician I’ll work with!! He is thoughtful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We did a near full home remodel and every light, outlet, etc he placed had a rhyme and reason. He helped our dreams that we weren’t even aware of come true! My husband and I will forever be grateful to Electech and Justin.

We've had three appointments with Electech in the past few years for various electrical issues. Each time Juston and his crew member, Josh (two members are named Josh, actually), have been professional, skilled, and friendly. One time they caught a potential fire hazard - burned wires - in a supposedly "decommissioned" electrical panel that had wires that hadn't been capped off properly until Electech identified and fixed the problem. I especially appreciate how Juston takes the time to patiently and clearly explain the problem and the solution. In our kitchen with old wiring that leads to many appliances on the same circuit, he explained ways to not overload the circuit. Great guys, great work!

Poor communication and customer service.

These guys flaked on an appointment and when I called a few days later he said he was 6 weeks out and if I didn’t like it to call my home warranty company. Wow

Had him pull en electrical permit to do some compplience work so that we didn't get fined had a hard time getting ahold of him thru calls texts or emails finally after a few weeks he came out told me to find the light I wanted to put in and we came up with a plan I got the light let him know it was here and ready to install and have been trying to get ahold of him since January 19th. The compplience officer says we have to have the electrician that we hired finish the job or we will get fined and he hasn't answered a single call or email or text or response I understand getting busy I owned a company for 5&1/2 years but to stay having good reviews you need to be in contact with your customers and do what you say your going to do

Couldn’t be more satisfied. Jim was great to work with, the job was done well and efficiently. Service was done at a most reasonable price, as well. 5 stars.

We had trouble with our sewage ejector pump tripping the breaker and anything else it was plugged into. The first plumber told me I needed an electrician.

Jim answered my call right away and came by first thing in the morning after I had spoken to other emergency electricians who told me they wouldn't be available for over two weeks. He was kind, flexible with schedule so that I could drop off my kid to day care before he showed up and gave me great advice--I needed to call a better plumber and he had people who could help.

I'll call A+ Electrical again when I actually need an electrician.

I received a call back on the same day!. Helped make me feel safer knowing power was off to an old wallboard heater. Electrical pannel switched out, wiring looks neat and tidy and more than anything safe. Thanks Jim for a job well done.

Had elec panel burn out, Jim came out within a couple hours to help. Found the issues, rerouted some things and now everything is working perfectly! I was suprised by the follow up text directly from Jim 2 days later to ensure everything was still good. Ive found my new go to electrician. Its nice to have someone you trust.

I was under a time crunch and called several contractors. Jim was the only one who came to check the problem before giving a quote which was about a third of the others. He showed up and got the job done, inspected, and powered back up in less than half a day. Others wanted 2 days to get it done. He was my Christmas Miracle this year. He is a great guy who did great job!
