In late 2019, just pre-COVID, Sardonyx helped us remodel our daughter's house. I have bragged to everyone since about the FANTASTIC, over-the-top job that they did for us. I’ve been in construction for a long time and was blown away with their attention to detail that takes a project from good to GREAT! One example is that they realized, while I hadn’t, that the window and the walls on either side of the kitchen window exactly matched the tile module. It was not planned that way, but they recognized it and installed the tile to take advantage of it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Working with John and Sardonyx was such a great experience. I really wouldn't change a thing - they are the best! Our primary suite renovation came out exactly how we wanted and the process was painless. John and his team worked hard, listened, communicated, finished the project on time, clearly know what they're doing, and were respectful of our home. I would use them for any renovation project and will be referring friends their way.

We just finished a remodel of our bathroom and used Sardonyx. John and Eli and all the crew are skilled and very conscientious, making sure every detail was perfect. Communication was always easy. They made a big project worry-free and I would use them again. HIghly recommend this company!

We are very pleased with the work that John Bulbuk and his team did with our home in Lake Oswego. They removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring that has improved the livability and appearance of our home. Very pleasant to work with and communication was prompt and professional. We were scheduled to be out of town for a week and they rearranged their schedule to complete the job while we were gone. We highly recommend this company!

We worked with Sardonyx Tile for our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel (June 2024) and couldn’t be happier with the people, process, and results. The original tile contractor we hired (not Sardonyx Tile) cancelled on us one week before he was supposed to start due to having too many jobs and not enough time. You can imagine the stress of finding this out last minute then the added stress of finding someone who is qualified to do the work in the originally agreed to timeframe. Now add being almost 8 months pregnant and not sure if you’re able to have a kitchen or bathroom (since it’s the only one in the house) to come back to before or after delivering. We talked with John and he was extremely understanding and compassionate. He knew the stress I was feeling and wanted to make sure we got back into our house before I was expected to deliver our first baby. He moved his schedule to fit us in so we could make sure I could return home before my expected delivery date and that I wasn’t having added stress in my pregnancy. Communication was top tier. If we texted John we either got a text back or a phone call to make sure we were on the same page. Any changes in timeframe, cost, or expectations were always communicated to us ahead of time and there wasn’t any surprises that weren’t shared. Every day we were amazed at how hard working the team was- not only with hours worked but with the quality of work and craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and commitment to their craft is nothing short of impressive. John would also stopped by almost every morning to check on the work that was done and align with the team on what would get done that day. My husband and I joked that John was at our house more than our General Contractor was. We stopped by one day after they finished working to see they aligned our tile on the floor prior to putting it in the shower to see if they could get a continuous vein look. We were expecting that they would just put tiles on the wall as they came out of the box but their standards are higher. They are professionals and artists. They say the best compliment is referring others (which I do) yet I say it’s repeat clients (something I’m looking forward to being in the future). If you’re looking to be taken care of, have a knowledgable and experienced team, you need to work with Sardonyx Tile. We're so grateful for them and couldn't imagine our project without them.

Outstanding Customer Service. Our contractor selected Sardonyx for our quartz countertop install and we are very impressed and appreciative they did. We had a few concerns, but Liz welcomed us to view the 4 slabs in person. We worked with Jonathan and had a great experience. Jonathan was very professional, pleasant and helpful. He stated several times, "This is your project. We want to make sure you are happy." He resolved all of our concerns and we left the warehouse very happy and fortunate to have Sardonyx as our fabricator. Thank you Jonathan!

I worked with Sardonyx to replace tile work, flooring and counters in the kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms. During the planning stage, Radu was very involved in helping determine design concepts and select materials. He took time to listen and determine my preferences, then provided suggestions that truly fit what I envisioned. During installation, the crew who came to my home were considerate (the effort put into protecting the areas around the construction spaces was outstanding) and professional. When we ran into an unexpected electrical issue, the team's immediate response led to a resolution within the day. When it comes to any construction/remodel project, there is so much that goes into making the experience positive. (design, material selection, communication, pacing, work ethic, quality of installation, etc.) My experience with Sardonyx was exceptional from start to finish. The end product is beautiful and truly achieved what I had hoped for. Without question, I would return to Sardonyx for future projects.

Eli and crew did an amazing job with our to-the-studs bathroom remodel this past summer. They handled everything except for demo, electrical, and plumbing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are hardworking, efficient, yet thoughtful and meticulous with every detail, great problem-solvers who routinely offered good suggestions without any pressure to accept them. You can tell, particularly with their stunning tile work, that they have extremely high standards for themselves. Everyone we met was professional and friendly, and (especially with a baby at home) we appreciated how well they cleaned up at the end of each day. We look forward to hiring them for all of our future tile projects.

John & the entire team at Sardonyx were nothing less than phenomenal to work with. For personal reasons, we had to shift our barroom project back on more than one occasion, but the team was so willing and understanding to accommodate our situation! The work in our bathroom moved quickly and efficiently beyond out expectations. Aside from the bathroom work we had planned, additional work, but way of the refinishing of our hardwood floors was addressed within the same timeframe. All of this leading to an even more impactful outcome, adding value to our home, and joy to our lives. John & his team are amazing! We have additional projects we hope they’ll take on in the future. We see no reason to consider working with anyone else.

Truck #41 has serious road rage. Might want to have a talk with your driver's. Not good representation of the company.

$1100 LABOR ONLY bill from Viking Automatic Sprinkler Company for a water leak and they didn't even fix the issue. They charged 5.5 hrs of labor to have another vendor fix the leak. My neighbor had the same issue & it was only $300 to fix the issue, why did it take 5.5 hrs to identify the issue only to not be able to fix it. SMH

Got pushed off the I5 by one of their truck drivers. If your going to drive like that do it in your own vehicle not your company truck. Just saying. Looks very poor on the company’s part. Hire better drivers.

Jeremy was a lot of help and had great customer service and communicated well. I had a home in Wilsonville that was flooding. Called so many people and everyone kept saying "No that is a plumbing issue" or "No that is a fire sprinkler head issue" Jeremy went out to the home after hours and inspected the entire home. Found the sprinklers had been plumbed into the main line so couldn't just shut them off. Jeremy cut the wall open and found the issue in a very timely matter. I needed a plumber but Jeremy took photos and videos showing me exactly what was wrong so I could show the plumber. I had 2 separate plumbers at the property before Jeremy showed up but Jeremy was the only person that took action and found the issue! He is great and I will use Viking Automatic Sprinklers again.

I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Viking Sprinkler for many years for the commercial properties I manage. I have found them to be a great partner during this time. They are proactive, punctual, and professional. They manage our fire, life, and safety equipment expertly and provide fair pricing compared to local competitors. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your business needs.
