I’m an architect who designs homes. Major water damage to 2 bathrooms on separate floors from on ongoing leak in our home required the Bathrooms to be demolished, remediated and reconstructed. We decided to make other changes to the M. Bathroom as well to create a walk-in shower instead of a tub/shower.
From the initial inquiry phone call to working with Joel through to completion, he understood the level of detail and care I wanted and ensured it all the way through. I would highly recommend Summit for any future work. Thank you Joel and team!

Collin, Wade, and the entire team at Summit restoration were a spectacular team to work with during the otherwise very frustrating process of trying to communicate and receive correct insurance coverage for the damage our home encountered and its needed restoration. The team was knowledgeable, communicative, patient, and kind, and did a phenomenal job of helping us accomplish the repairs and ensure insurance was cooperative in covering the needed costs. We encountered some pretty serious delays on the part of our insurance company, and Collin & team were not only patient and incredibly quick to schedule and complete the (obviously professional quality!) work once things had been cleared, they also consistently advocated on our behalf when the insurance company attempted - multiple times - to delay and deny the coverage we were entitled to.

Had a great experience with Summit. They came out the same day just a few days before Christmas 2021 to deal with water damage in my garage from a leaking roof.

They were super clean and always professional. They checked in with us every day. They took care of the hazmat testing, demolition and full rebuild/restoration. They always took excellent care of my property and spent a great deal of time ensuring as little impact to my family and I as possible. They coordinated with their contractors and my insurance company on my behalf. Our coordinator Ryan did a great job of explaining the process and making sure we were on the same page the entire time.

Having to deal with an insurance situation like this SUCKS and Summit made that process fairly easy to navigate. I would hire them again in the future if I had water damage to my home.

I experienced a broken water pipe at my residence. Upon contacting my insurance company, I was offered the services of this particular company for mitigation and drywall restoration. Regrettably, after the mitigation phase was completed, they did not return to finish the work. This situation led to difficulties with both State Farm insurance and the summit company. I will not be utilizing this company's services again.

This is the second time I've used Summits services over the years and each time has been a great experience! Mike was so great to work with and Jayson did a wonderful job on restoring our dry rotted siding. Their work is always very neat and they are so fast and efficient.

We’d like to commend our super project manager Mike Dolan and his behind the scenes assistant, Kelsey Church, for their “get it done” and “get it done right” work on our reconstruction project. We appreciated Mike’s attention to details and quick dispatch to get the right products in a timely manner. He took personal interest in every aspect.
He supervised multiple workers and was a very good communicator as we moved through this huge project. He also was a great advocate for us with our insurance company.

Thomas and his team ( Randy, Ben, and Jose) gave our family excellent service and advice as we navigated our home emergency insurance obstacles and construction needs. Thomas was great at managing the project and addressing the scheduling and materials concerns. He even called our insurance company and explained the details I needed help understanding. Their work allowed us to focus on returning our home to normal and put our minds at ease during this long and stressful process. I highly recommend Summit for any home emergency repairs and mitigation needs that you may have.

Absolutely wonderful job from Mike, Jason, and the Summit team!! Our windowsills were completely rotted out and had to be completely replaced including rotted wood underneath. Old vinyl siding had to come off and be put back up and it was super well done. Summit is fantastic and I'll be referring them again and again!!

Summit did both mitigation and reconstruction on our house after a tree fell on our home. They were quick to respond to minimize the damage. The reconstruction project manager was terrific... knowledgeable, dependable and a good communicator. Very easy to work with. He did a great job of dealing with our insurance company personnel and brought in -- where necessary -- solid subcontractors. We're happy with both the process and results.
