We worked with Summit after our washing machine in our new home flooded the kitchen. Everyone we worked with at Summit, from beginning to end, was great and we would definitely work with them again. Ryan Earls managed the recovery and repair project and he was incredibly responsive and engaged throughout the entire project. Justin did the work in our home. He was highly professional, responsive to our concerns, a great problem solver, and overall a pleasure to work with. I have to say their customer service skills are the best I have ever experienced.

We hired Summit in January 2024 after a burst pipe flooded our basement. They managed the entire process, including water mitigation, packing and moving our belongings into a storage container, and reconstruction. Throughout, Ryan and his team were thoroughly professional, highly communicative, and a pleasure to work with. They were also great in dealing with our homeowners insurance. Strongly recommended.

Collin at Summit Cleaning hired us for a chimney rebuild, and he was great to work with, very professional, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated how smoothly everything went and look forward to working on more projects with them!

We recently had water leak in our kitchen and damage our flooring, dry walls and the cabinets. We called Summit came to help. They came to help us mitigation the water damages. Then with our permission, they work with insurance to determine the cost to repair and restore our kitchen to pre-damage conditions. Ryan Earls was the project manager from Summit. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he made the process went by very smoothly. Thank you everyone from Summit Team that helped us to restore our kitchen!

They are an amazing group of people with a real sense of "team work" backing up every stage of the project and making doubly sure a client, in this case us" is 100% + satisfied.

Communication has been great with Collin andc Elaine, always answering our concerns immediately and communicating with each other so we don't have to repeat ourselves.
Their quality of work is superb, any adjustments or corrections needed to be done were processed in a timely manner and without complain. Elaine was very helpful in her contact with us connecting with Collin and relaying any concerns we had along this project, always getting back to us with a solution.

Also Jordan was great during the water mitigation process, explained to us clearly what to expect and how long would it take to get that part of the job done. These are people and a company of people who really care about customer satisfaction as well as customers being comfortable with every step taken, reassuring us that they were here to help us and to get the job done and get it right. They take pride at what they do and rightly so..

I don't think there is enough space in this review for me to completely cover all the complements we have regarding Collin Jeppe and his team at Summit.

We had damage to our home from a leak to our dishwasher, which led to having to rip up our kitchen and laundry room (downstairs) up to fix the damage. We decided early on to go a step further with the repair (replace) and Collin and Summit were very responsive to our needs and questions.

Collin and his team helped us decide on a layout and options we had depending on the costs involved. Very detail oriented and to the point. Never a question raised after we made a decision, they did exactly what we asked and if there was an issue, communicated early in the process so we could take a look at the options or proposed fix and agree on what the best outcome would be.

Having dealt with several contractors in the past, one of the best experiences we've had doing a repair to our home. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, timely and met timelines they gave.
I had 6 pipes burst during the freeze we had due to a 4 day power outage. Summit showed up same day to place fans and help how they could. They negotiated with the insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about the repair piece, just personal property replacement and reimbursement.
They were flexible with the upgrades I wanted, submitting a change order so I had a separate bill was not an issue for them.

These guys delivered on their promise. Collin, our PM was very responsive, professional and helpful. He kept a list to track all our requests, concerns and questions. He addressed them in a timely manner.
These guys came in late to our restoration project from a winter storm that damaged half our house. We started with another company that gave us headaches from day 1. It was a very painful and expensive lesson.
When Summit came in, it was a lot smoother and pleasant experience. They know how to take care of people who lose their homes and have to rearrange their lives because of this displacement. At the end of the project, they surprised our empty but restored home with a lit Christmas tree! We were very touched with this gesture.

If I could give ten stars I would. This company is incredible. We had our house cut completely in half during the Jan 2024 Winter storm, and were really nervous about contractors. It was a huge project, but Summit got us back to our home ahead of our schedule. Our insurance provided company had us on a long, drawn out schedule but after calling Summit, Kelsey Church called us back within 24 hours and we were moving.

Ryan Earls was our PM, and he did an incredible job managing our project. He was patient and honest with us throughout the process, and we don't think the rebuild process could have been any better. Ryan kept us informed, gave us the opportunity to seek out different materials for things we weren't keen on in the original build like carpet or paint, and completed work in a timely and professional fashion. Summit employs in-house carpenters for some work, and Jose did an incredible job with our baseboards, rebuilt staircase, and even some touch-up painting. Andrew from the pack-out side helped us get the best possible deal on Packout with our insurance.

This is a relatively small, local business that does a really good job finding and working with local crews to do the rebuild work. I absolutely recommend if you are reading this review and on the fence, give them a call. They like to help, and it shows.

Earlier this year, during a storm, I had a tree limb puncture my roof! After filing a claim with my insurance company, I had Summit Cleaning & Restoration evaluate the damage & they worked directly with the insurance company! Ryan Earls was the project manager and from day one, Ryan took charge to properly make recommendations to my insurance company of the repairs needed to bring my home back to pre storm conditions! After the initial repairs to the ceiling in my living room due to water damage were completed, it took another 8 months to complete the damage to the roof because the insurance company wanted to cut corners on these repairs to match their estimates! Ryan refused to waiver just to satisfy the insurance company and always had my best interest in mind! In the end, the final repairs to the roof were completed to a higher standard and I was extremely pleased with the results! If you want a company that puts the home owner first over the insurance company, then I would highly recommend Summit Cleaning & Restoration!

Summit did an amazing job at replacing my vapor barrier and removing old and damaged ductwork (thanks raccoons...)
the job was seamless from start to finish. From the administration (Tyler) to the project manager (Jordan) and especially the on-site technicians Erwin and Cameron, they did an amazing job at keeping my house clean, cleaning up after themselves, and prepping the space for my next contractor. My house smells much better now. I would highly recommend them.

As an insurance agent, my go to recommenation to clients is Summit. I care about my clients and so do they. Their inspections are free and make sure the customer is taken care of through the entire process, which is what insureds really need when they're dealing with unexpected loss at their home.
