PuroClean was a great company to work with for water mitigation, demo and cleanup. I had a waterline burst, and needed to completely demo my kitchen and bathroom. Diriba was the person in charge of the mitigation. He did a fantastic job guiding me through the nuances of working with the insurance company and giving me step by step understanding of what he needed to do with the house. I would use them again.

We used PuroClean after the January ice storm cracked several pipes in our home. We were luckily able to find and contact Diriba and he was able to respond the next day. He and his crew likely saved our home. They dedicated a lot of time, energy and care to getting our home back to a stable place for us to rebuild. We are grateful for the massive amount of work they put in, and Diriba was great to work with throughout. He kept us up to date on the state of the home and made sure we understood what was happening.

I highly recommend Puroclean. We had major water damage, affecting about 70% of our house. Puroclean quickly assessed our situation and got to work right away. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and thanks to them we were able to avoid any mold. Diriba was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we felt lucky to be working with him. He explained the mitigation process, as well as what to expect from the insurance company. He also provided a detailed report of the mitigation, as well as all justification, to the insurance company. During a difficult time Puroclean and Diriba helped make the process much easier to manage. I highly recommend them.

We had water damage from the January Snow/Ice Storm. Our Insurance company recommended us to Diriba and PuroClean. We called Monday afternoon and he was out at 8am Tuesday with a crew and equipment to start the demo, water mitigation and cleanup. They worked evenings and weekends to try and salvage our wood floors. They coordinated not only the water mitigation, but also recommended companies for the repair. Everything was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of work was exceptional. Diriba was honest, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Puro clean Mr Diriba Sepanie MHA. he's friendly kind and made sure his crew was on top of the job wasting no time to finishing the work .did an amazing job from start to finished leaving everthing looking beautiful pulling up the wet flooring in the kitchen sanding floors and adding new flooring to frontroom kitchen the dining room was sanded to an amazing finished.everthing took out standing good job thank you all who had a part in doing my home .yes I would use them again you can't go wrong haven tham do your work

Diriba and Giladardo are the best! They repaired my ceiling in the shower after a leak from upstairs, causing mold and water damage. They were so incredibly kind and Diriba was very communicative throughout the process. They worked very fast and effectively, working around my schedule; even came on Sundays which was SO appreciated as most company’s do not do that. The bathroom looks good as new.

Diriba and his team came in after an insulation company left fiberglass dust over the span of my house. He was easy to work with and came back to my house to double check his work and add finishing touches to the cleaning job.

Summit did a fantastic job with mitigation services! I found water damage in my ceiling and Summit was quick and professional. Wade was always quick to respond and worked hard to advocate for the project when negotiating with my insurance. My insurance company was a huge pain in the butt, but Summit came through for me. Summit is nothing but amazing to work with. Statefarm tried to cut corners and took forever to approve anything, truly a nightmare after my home was damaged. I would like to thank everyone at Summit, but especially Joel. Everyone i interacted with was nothing short of amazing. I would name everyone, but I'm pretty sure that after our massive roof leak, 4 tarping sessions (thanks to the canyon winds we get) and a 3 month job I think i met everyone at summit, and I'm not that good with names :(. Our insurance cut us a very small check and sent us on our way in the beginning. We called summit and they showed up within the hour. Joel meticulously went through the house and got in contact with our insurance agent. In a short amount of time the insurance had agreed to cover the entire project. Joel is the easiest person to not only communicate with, but to get in contact with. He made trips out to our construction zone regularly. He personally inspected every phase of the project and when something wasn't right, he made it right. I truly believe that we would still be fighting with insurance if it hadn't been for Joel and all of the great people at Summit. If you have just a small leak or your whole roof is blown off, do not hesitate to call Summit. They are great at finding things you can't even see, communicating with the insurance and they work fast. They are available 24 hours a day for emergencies and they have amazing employees. Summit is everything you want in a restoration company. Prompt, professional, transparent, clean, and friendly. I had about $10,000 dollars in water damage that affected all three levels of my house. Summit came out day 1 and had all the demo done that day. Their employees are very courteous and do an excellent job while maintaining a clean work space. I am very pleased with my restoration project. Summit was recommended to me by my attorney who has employed Summit for repair work on his own properties. I had a pipe break in the crawl space which required significant remediation and restoration work on the first floor and second floor of my home. The carpentry was excellent, and the wall restoration work was amazing. The new kitchen and half bath on the first floor look fantastic.
