Diriba was fantastic. He sanitized my office shortly after COVID 19 really started to hit. Then he follow up and brought HEPA filters to run in my office for several days to ensure the air was clean. It made my whole staff feel better to come to work during a difficult time. It was a pleasure working with Diriba and we highly recommend him!

The PuroClean crew came in to inspect my basement after it flooded from excessive rainfall. Even though we had done most of the cleanup already, they thoroughly went through the entire space and gave honest, helpful feedback about what further steps we could do ourselves to ensure we wouldn’t encounter mold or further damage from the water that came in. They left me feeling empowered, encouraged and at ease after a very stressful experience. These guys are on your side! I’d hire them in a heartbeat if I ever experience property damage, fingers crossed I won’t have to though.

My water heater leaked and I called a contractor to come out to fix it. They came out and took photos but didn't do anything else. They left the damaged walls and floor and the water heater running... pouring water on the floor. Said they won't do anything until they get insurance approval. So I called PuroClean. Even though I was out of their service area, Diriba still came and cleaned up the damage and stopped it from getting worse. We were all shocked that that other contractor just left it. Diriba told me it shouldn't be about money. That what if this was his sister or mother's house? They were super friendly and very helpful. Plus they did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience using PuroClean. I had a lithium ion battery inside a Bluetooth speaker that exploded so badly that the insurance company considered it a total loss. There was a fine powder of black soot coating every surface of the interior, including the cloth seats and the cloth interior roof material. I chose to keep the car but needed someone to clean every inch of the toxic residue. Diriba and his team employed several techniques and pieces of equipment to tackle this almost impossible task. It was absolutely not a straightforward job, but I was given a fair price for the work, which was done promptly and in the time frame stated. He was very clear about what he could and could not do as some of the damage was more permanent. I really appreciated that straightforward, up front honesty and management of expectations. The final result was amazing! I really didn't know how much of this problem could be resolved and the car looked fantastic! He even had the outside washed so when I got it it was totally clean inside and out. He was also really communicative and answered all my questions completely. I would absolutely use them again and encourage you to check them out.

I’ve hired PuroClean twice for basement flooding. Each time they have been kind, calm, and professional. This is the kind of service you want when you are freaking out because there is water where there shouldn’t be and you don’t know why. This most recent time, Diriba was fantastic, coming out in the snow when no one else would. I really hope I don’t have flooding issues any time soon, but if I do, PuroClean will be my first call.

Diriba was very responsive. We had mold in our attic. They removed the mold, pulled insulation away from blocked air vents, put in hepa filters to get rid of smell. They were courteous and professional, they even repaired some damage caused by birds or squirrels, they didn’t over charge us and cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend and am very satisfied!

This company was very respectful, great communication, they were clean and very professional and productive, they weren’t wasting time , they worked the whole time they were here. Very happy with the service they provided. My insurance agent also was impressed with this company. He liked how reliable they were and they didn’t seem to try wasting insurance money, like some companies do. They evaluated the damage and fixed what was needed quickly and responsibly. We used PuroClean to have nicotine removed from the house my daughter, son-in-law and 10 week old granddaughter are moving into. This house had been smoked in for 10 years and reeked of smoke and was yellow coated from the nicotine. Diriba and Carlos did an amazing job making sure the house was cleaned and sanitized and most of all safe for my family. I was very impressed with the knowledge, attentiveness and thoroughness of the job they did. The house is odor free and clean! Thank you for a great job and caring about our family! Had a pipe leak in Crawlspace under the house and was not caught in time before mold started. We called PuroClean as soon as we noticed and Diriba was able to come right away to assess the damage. He came back out as soon as the plumber fixed the pipe. He put up dryers and humidifiers to take out all the water and then sprayed the moldy areas. He was very professional and got the job done from start to finish in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond to put back some insulation for me that the plumber failed to finish. He is a family man and is local here in Happy Valley. We would definitely call him again and would recommend PuroClean to anyone.

Puro clean of Happy valley was an excellent business to work with. Diriba came out within an hour after calling them for water damage that was done in our guest house. Diriba and Victor restored both of our bathrooms after water damage had been setting in over a long period of time.
