I hired Christian and his crew to renovate my living room and dining room in 2023, which included taking down walls, installing new windows, drywall, trim and molding, painting and refinishing wood floors. They did a fabulous job with everything. I recommend them to everyone I know and I will definitely hire them again for my future renovation needs.

We have used Cityscape for two major home remodels- first, our 2 bathrooms remodeled including adding shower to the upstairs half bath. We really liked the communication and quality of the work on that job, so we decided to have Cityscape to tackle our biggest job- basement demo and full finish, including adding a full bath, two bedrooms/offices, family room and storage/laundry/craft room. Christian runs a tight ship and finished the job on time and within budget. As a bonus, we had them gut our detached garage and build it out to maximize storage capacity that we lost in the basement remodel. We definitely would recommend Cityscape to anyone contemplating a major home remodel project.

Christian and his team were the best choice for our family. The work they did on finishing our basement was transformational to our household. The attention to detail and support in the steps to get there went above and beyond. Helping with electric, creating usable attic space, heating system, water heater and beautifying the stairway down. The basement came out far more functional and beautiful than we could have imagined. Professional, efficient, reasonable and down to earth. Highly recommend!

Christian and team transformed our icky dank unfinished basement into the most fabulous space we could have imagined! Added two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, and a super swanky laundry room/pantry that makes everyone swoon. Christian has a keen sense of design and a talent for quickly determining what can and can't be done. He was able to provide some "reality checks" along the way to manage our expectations and keep us on budget (we had some grandiose ideas!). The hurdles that popped up were handled well and we stayed within budget. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor made working with him a pleasure. We also hired Cityscape for a much smaller job to refresh our back patio cover (replaced the panels and painted the existing wood).

I'm far too late on this review, but Christian took an idea from concept to complete, arguably perfect creation in the form of our kitchen renovation amidst the height of 2020 pandemic complexities. Aside from a keen attention to detail, timely execution, and beautiful work, Christian does a masterful job of balancing your financial priorities with his gift of design and utilization know-how. He will help you craft your best-case-build within the confines of what you can afford and help you steer where to invest most based on his industry experience. Overall, I could not be happier with the finished product, but even more so with the process of working with Christian and his team. I genuinely live inside the kitchen he built for us. A renovation of any sort is an invasion of your personal space, but Christian makes your experience in this process the utmost priority. Don't read further - get on his calendar and have your dream realized, too.

I cannot recommend working with Cityscape Renovations enough. From start to finish they have been amazing to work with.

We got over a dozen quotes for our dormer and bathroom build. Many of the companies were quoting us astronomical prices, and some got so low that it made it seem like that wouldn’t be the price in the end. Christian found out our budget, and then showed us exactly what we could get done for the amount that we had. He was willing to work within our budget and then leave some components for later dates when I would be able to finish.

He walked us step by step through the process, thoroughly explaining everything as it was happening. He answered any questions throughout, explaining concepts in terms the someone without much knowledge of renovations could understand. He set the budget and met it, even explaining some of the potential things that could happen and affect the cost. He was able to stick to his timeline, even finishing before the allotted time he had quoted.

He even went above and beyond, when a plumbing mishap occurred in the house, he and his crew showed up after hours to remedy it.

His team is professional, skilled, and friendly, all of them willing to take time to update on what occurred. He left the site clean as it was found, and with smiling customers.

Christian finished our basement, renovated our kitchen and a bathroom, and added a usable attic door. His work and responsiveness are second to none. He showed up when he said he would, the work was done to the highest level, and he even finished our project ahead of the deadline he gave us. I have recommended him to countless friends and colleagues because there is no one else I would trust with my home.

Fixed up my mother in laws house after her passing 14 years ago. The house was in rough shape and as you can see (pictured) Chris did a fantastic job! He did everything he said he would do with no weird surprises, unwarranted costs or pressures. He talked us through the remodel process as this was our first experience with a contractor on a home remodel. Christian completely transformed my fixer house into a clean, warm, lovely space, and patiently walked me through the whole process. The new staircase, beautiful refinished wood fir floors and thoughtful kitchen layout really shine, but truly the entire home (and yard, and garage) got a to-the-studs makeover with Christian's oversight. He also completely renovated the basement, turning it into a separate unit (with kitchenette and bathroom), which I rented out to help me cover the mortgage while I moved in upstairs. It's a sweet-as-can-be space and I'm very grateful!

Christian did a wonderful job renovating our partially finished basement. First, he did a thorough job of sealing out any moisture from coming through the walls - it is now completely dry. Then, he built beautiful finished walls, moulding, and a great polished concrete floor. He listened to exactly what we wanted and was easy and professional to work with as well!
