Andrew and crew came in knocked out my gazebo project quickly. Very professional. I will definitely be using his service again.

We had long wanted to remove a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room. We had engineered/permitted plans for the work, but I was having trouble getting anyone to bid the work until I reached out to Pinnacle. Andrew was very responsive and called me the same day that I entered my information on their website. He reviewed the plans and came to the house to get a good sense for the work before providing a detailed and very reasonable quote as well as work plan, all within a few days of me first reaching out on the website.

We soon signed a contract with Pinnacle and they worked with us to schedule the phased work. Once they got onsite, they did a great job, kept things clean, kept us updated on progress and navigated minor changes without looking for unnecessary change orders. They also were flexible and responsive when the City inspections took longer to get scheduled than anticipated.

The finished product is exactly what we hoped for. We are really glad we found Pinnacle's website and would work with them again and recommend them highly to anyone who is considering a home remodel.

I have a 134-year-old home, and unfortunately a previous contractor completely botched a window replacement over the summer. The windows were undersized, improperly installed, and the work caused significant damage to the surrounding structure and plaster.

Thankfully, I was referred to Andrew—and the experience with Pinnacle Contractors was night and day.

From the very beginning, Andrew and his team were meticulous, transparent, and incredibly thorough. Every single part of the project was documented from start to finish. I now have a full folder that includes photos, videos, measurements, and notes from the initial consultation through the completed project, which is honestly amazing and gave me so much confidence throughout the process.

They took precise measurements, walked me through all of my window options (including quality levels and warranty differences), and clearly explained the scope of work—especially where the previous contractor had caused damage and how it would be properly repaired.

The entire crew was outstanding. They protected my home with drop cloths, worked efficiently and quietly, communicated clearly about arrival and departure times, and were consistently respectful—of my home, my dogs, and my day-to-day life. It was obvious that they worked well together as a team, and I always felt safe and informed.

The finished work is beautiful. I trusted Andrew and his team to make the right decisions, and they absolutely delivered. The plaster work around the windows was completely redone and now looks better than any other plaster in the house.

I had such a positive experience working with Andrew. The electrician he sent (Tony) to install new light fixtures and remove a heater was so competent and sociable, it was the best in home contractor experience we've ever had. It was so easy to work with Andrew from explaining our project, scheduling, to invoicing. I really appreciated how he gave options and his expertise without pressuring us to do any certain thing. We will absolutely use them again!

KVN installed Hardie siding on my 1955 home. Communication by text was easy with quick response. The crew for siding installation arrived on time and worked efficiently completing the siding within a week. I had a few add-ons. I was informed of the added costs before continuing.
Painting was delayed because of the weather which allowed me time to change my color scheme several times. They were good natured with my indecision. The painting crew was also on time and efficient. I am pleased with the result - quite a change from my “old house”.

KVN project management is spot on. Communicated efficiently through each phase of the project. Everyone on the crews for siding and painting were so nice. They take pride in their craft and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend the consult for color design since she thought of things that really made this project Pop! Ben (our Field Manager) did a great job communicating, answering any questions we had, and leaving us with a thorough video walkthrough of the job each day the crew was here. He also did a great job with all the added electrical work on the job. Each member of the crew was amazingly helpful. We had a fantastic and professional experience with KVN from start to finish. Our siding was chipping off on several walls and needed replacement. Taylor kindly walked me through the scheduling and what to expect. Oleg completed the estimate and provided in-depth explanations and answered all our questions. Kirill provided us financial options that made it more affordable. Throughout the project, Jeese kept us updated with daily photos, videos, and helpful explanations. KVN was great! They replaced our siding, windows and gutters and painted our house. We were very pleased with how it turned out. They were communicative, courteous and helped work around our schedule.

Much of the siding process went well with KVN. The siding is on and looks great. Jesse, our project manager, was very responsive. In the end we had some annoyances with the paint job, as the sheen was not matched to our existing structures on site, even though we were clearly trying to match all buildings on this property. This is probably now just a minor annoyance for me but I appreciate the job they did and their level of communication, and would hire them again.

Our project competed by KVN was great! The quote process was clear and though there was an error, it was remedied very ethically. Staff was very communicative during our siding project, answering questions along the way and followed up with us after installation and painting. We would recommend KVN for any services they provide.

The KVN team re-sided our house with Hardie Plank and the outcome is fantastic. Throughout the process they were communicative and accessible. Any question I had was answered in a timely fashion. The price of the project was the most reasonable bid we received out of at least three. Their access to the complimentary paint color specialist was especially helpful. Would definitely choose them for a next siding project.

NEW ROOF - I’m going to present facts, not opinion.
Work to start 6 weeks 10/3/18, actually started December 5, 2018 - 3 weeks late.
I DO NOT WANT WET LUMBER INSTALLED. They said full crew will get it done quickly and cover in case downpour. They left the boards uncovered two days in torrential rain. I said I don’t want those installed, they did and said it would be fine, not to worry and did it anyway.

Work actually performed by Isaac Roof CCB 189267 - NO REVIEWS FOUND- I was not previously informed or given a chance to consent to this.

Crew actually consisted of two guys - left boards in torrential rain uncovered.
Installed wrong vent had to correct, and we had to speak about the promised one twice.
They were supposed to replace flashing, other than ones in mortar, see what they actually did in photos.( After I sent a strong complaint to Kirill, someone came out immediately. They came and spray painted again, see updated photos. The cream brick still had the overspray, and after this review Kirill offered to come out and do a deeper cleaning and see what he can do about the paint on the chimney brick. Kirill is concerned that I posted the photos before my complaint reached him and he addressed the paint on the metal.
Blamed visibility of over-spray on Chimney being white, I would not have noticed the work on dark chimney.
Over-spray paint on siding, Kirill came and used Goof off and rubbed it off. The finished work was horrible.

Blew roof pieces and nails into above ground garden and all over property.
Pulled nail out of my shoe the other day, looked around and I am still finding staples, nails and tar paper everywhere.
(I have a seven year old that likes to run around barefoot in the summer so that really pisses me off.)
There are other issues, but I’m running out of room.

They repainted but overspray on Chimney still looks awful. I actually had them cleaned before they started so that cleaning would not harm new roof.

KVN Construction did an excellent job of replacing the siding on my home! Their attention to detail never waivered throughout the project. The videos by which their field managers communicated with me was a much appreciated professional touch. As issues arose and needed clarification, their project manager was only a phone call away. Although the majority of the work was performed in January, the exterior painting had to wait until Spring time. Luckily, a stretch of warm, sunny weather in April allowed their painting crew to apply both coats of paint with sufficient drying time between each. Am I happy with KVN and the job they performed? Heck yes! I will be very pleased to recommend them to others. They are a reliable and conscientious group!
