The Pinacle crew set me up with an awesome 16'x26' concrete pad for my new garage. Andrew was able to fit me in last minute just before the cold weather came along. Since the pad has been finished; The Pinacle crew has been back and spread gravel around the pad's surrounding areas. I'm very pleased with the outcome. When we realized there was a structural issue in our attic, Andrew worked with our structural engineer to make a plan for how to fix it, and he and Irvin got everything installed in just a couple days. Grateful for their help!

I needed a retaining wall reconstructed and the old rotten railroad ties eliminated. Andrew’s company did a first rate job of incorporating the existing brick end walls with the new brick retaining wall. He built fabulous stairs so I can now access my garden in front of the wall as well as the garden contained in the retaining wall which has improved the garden area that adjoins my back porch. It is now the perfect place to sit in the mornings & afternoons. I highly recommend Andrew and Pinnacle Contractors for any landscape work. You know the job will be perfectly done. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a debacle on our hands and Pinnacle bailed us out. We had a massive monstrosity of a double fireplace surrounded by truck loads of brick gobbling up 80 sq ft of floor space in the middle of the living space. We wanted it removed as well as an awkward and unsightly low hanging support beam running through the kitchen that needed replaced and moved up into the attic. The first contractor turned out to be a coward, abandoning us without a word, mid demolition after stringing us along for months. Having lived in this disaster of a house with no kitchen, living or dining room and a gigantic pit in the floor and roof throughout this fiasco we were beyond desperate & fortunate to stumble our way into contact with Andrew at Pinnacle. He was super clear, humble and professional from the first conversation. Undaunted by the mess and complexity of the job he was transparent about the lead time and what it would take even though he knew it wasn't what our desperation wanted to hear. He was knowledgeable - experienced with complex structural situations and thorough in his communication. He always followed through on what he said he would do every step of the way. The workers were awesome, friendly and respectful of the space. The quality of the work was over the top structurally sound. They even put in the work to build a big dust containment perimeter before getting started. At that point every single thing we owned was covered in red dust from the last guy who didn't seem to care but... the fact that these guys did care even then meant a lot! Sometimes its those small things that makes all the difference. As lengthy and painful as this project has been, we are thankful that it was Pinnacle that did the work in the end. These guys are the real deal!
P.S. if you cross paths with a smooth, fast talking spartan, just smile & nod but keep moving.

I needed a few patches of drywall repaired from a leak and I'm glad I gave them a call! The owner Andrew was quick to get me a quote for the work and get me in their schedule. I had the pleasure of having Irving do the repairs. He was very professional, clean, and great at communication at every step of the project. He even took the time to explain to me what was being done, how he was going to do it, and if changes needed to be made why he thought the change was beneficial to me. Andrew and his team were wonderful to work with. We had a handful of various projects that they did for us. All of it was great quality work and it happened in a timely manner.

Unlike other contractors you might have worked with in the past, Andrew is incredibly communicative, honest, and professional. If he tells you he is going to call you, he will. If he says he will send a bid by tomorrow, he will. If something ends up costing him less than what he quoted you, it will end up costing you less than what he quoted you. Full transparency.

A lot of changes happened with our original bid due to some unforeseen issues we had with our house, and Andrew was always willing to work with us and be fluid as the situation evolved.

We will be using him again in the future for any contracting needs. I can recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

Just completed a renovation from the ice storms in January. Andrew came highly recommended by the risk mitigation team. House had 50 leaks from frozen pipes and Andre had to restore dry wall in ceilings and walls throughout the house. He had to replace 10 faucets that busted, rip out damaged carpet and replace with new as well as refinish hardwood floors, etc. throughout this entire process Andrew was very communicative, his crew showed up on time and worked diligently until repairs were completed. He also volunteered to speak with the insurance company about repair work, labor and material costs as the insurance company was trying to reduce their overall payments to us. We would recommend Andrew/Pinnacle and his team.

I will say that this is the best contracting crew I have ever used worked with been around. Not only are they precise top quality materials top quality people courteous kind polite I have never seen anybody level make sure things are level like this crew did it's absolutely a beautiful deck and if you're smart this is who you'd hire.

Was getting a new tub and surround when we discovered the floor was split, the subfloor had dry rot, and the crawl space was full of water, so the project was put on hold. Got the crawl space dried out and Pinnacle came to repair the floor. Great job! And finished the tub installation. I’m pleased and will call on them for future projects.
