KVN Construction is highly recommended! We had the entire gamut done on our house which included the Roof, Windows, Siding and Paint. The entire process was explained in detail at the before the contract was signed, then had a field manager with us during each step of the work. All crews were professional and provided high quality work using high quality materials. We have received nothing but compliments and neighbors wanting to know who did the work.

Recently hired KVN for new siding on our house and external paint. We had a great experience and highly recommend their services! Oleg got us started with a quote (which compared to several others was very reasonable!!) and was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Cody was our main contact after that and he made sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. He stopped by for weekly check ins, answered questions, and fixed any quality issues with the materials. The project went smoothly and we are so happy with the outcome! They were very communicative throughout the process and made sure we were happy each step of the way. Excellent work and excellent service!

House looks great, communication was good. There were a couple of subcontractors I chose to hire and pay myself, to save some money, who were recommended by KVN, and who were willing to coordinate directly with KVN. I wish I had just let KVN keep everything under their umbrella, because when I wasn't happy with the subcontractors work there wasn't really anyone who was accountable for it. That's my only regret.

I used KVN for siding install and exterior painting. KVN’s overall cost is comparable to other companies. I chose KVN because they provided the most pricing transparency, with line-item detail in their quote, and were very responsive throughout the bidding process. Additionally, they were able to set up and manage my insulation installation while allowing me to pay the vendor directly. They did a great job, and I subsequently recommended the insulation company to a friend.

KVN was also able to arrange new gutter installation, which I appreciated. The new gutters look great.

The siding installation has taken approximately three months from start to finish. We ran into a few issues but were able to come to a resolution. I recommend keeping thorough documentation and double-confirming decisions with your project manager in writing. This will help ensure everyone is on the same page and avoid any miscommunication or surprises at the end.

I’m looking forward to seeing the final product once painting is complete.

KVN installed 3 new windows for me last week as part of a roof and gutter job. They are a very organized crew, from quote to finish. Dave was version knowledgeable and provided a lot of good advice on the best options for our house. The windows we got were exactly what we expected. Not only was the installer able to install them in 1 day, but he was very careful with our existing molding and trim. In then end we didn't even need to apply touch up paint on the inside, just a bead of caulk. Great Work! Thanks.

We had our siding completely replaced with Hardy plank, and the whole exterior painted. The siding crew and the paint crew were both exceptional, with great attention to detail. The project manager clearly communicated everything, and provided video updates. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure things were done right and to our satisfaction.

We hired KVN to do our siding, roof, windows and gutters. After getting multiple bids - KVN was the clear cut winner. They had the best sales team that was engaged and not just trying to get me to sign. The installation process was complicated and had decisions at each step. KVN was clear, transparent and gave me all the informations I needed to make a decision. Upgrading your exterior from the 1950s is bound to have a few surprises. The end result is amazing and the work is top tier. KVN was able to make a big project seem simple.

KVN Construction was great to work with. They re-sided and painted our house. They also installed several windows. They cleaned up pretty good after the job was finished. We would hire them again and we highly recommend them.

KVN did an amazing job on our siding, painting, and gutters (they also installed our new roof, which I previously reviewed)! The crew was efficient, professional, and clearly committed to quality work. Jesse and Daniel, our field managers, communicated with us every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions throughout the process. The craftsmanship from each crew was excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’ve posted before and after photos - we’re thrilled with the transformation!

Tim, the owner of Falcon Construction came to my house a couple of times at the request of the builder of my 2nd floor addition to see if he could locate and repair a roof leak. The roof was about 10 years old and has a slighter slope than the usual which at the time of construction our builder warned might be more prone to leaks. We went ahead with the roofline as drawn on the plans and, sure enough, it developed a leak. Tim’s repairs helped but the leak persisted during rainstorms with high winds so we decided to replace that section of roof.

The job is just finished and I’m very pleased with Tim and his crew. Tim was cordial, he had a credible and cost effective recommendation to deal with the slope, his estimate was reasonable, he was able to schedule our (smallish) job quickly and his crew showed up exactly on time to begin work. I’ve had roof tear offs before where roofing materials flew everywhere but Tim and his guys were able to keep the debris confined and did a good clean up afterward. I did see a few bent up nails so Tim came back with a rolling magnet and went over the yard again.

I have a semi in-ground pool with a vinyl liner not far from the house and expected to find some debris floating but I was especially impressed that there was none and no nails on the bottom either, just some extra dirt in the skimmer.

The new roof is too high for me to see but I’m not a roofer anyway and wouldn’t know what I was looking at. The test will be this winter when the wind and rain kicks up again. But everything I experienced with the company was well done and I would use them again.

We hired Falcon for a complete roof tear off and replacement in summer of 2022 on the recommendation of acquaintances. They not only did an excellent job but their quote/total cost was lower than competitors. The owner is very easy to work with and his team is skilled and reliable. They finished the project in the timeframe they had estimated, cleaned everything up, and didn’t charge us for anything unnecessary. I highly recommend Falcon for roofing jobs!
