We contacted Peton Construction to replace our old, dilapidated fence on the north side of our property with a new cedar fence. Austin Peton gave us a very reasonable bid and arrived several weeks later to perform the work. His crew was very friendly and professional, did outstanding work that we are VERY pleased with, and left the construction area looking much better than before. HIGHLY recommended! Hoping to use them again for some needed house remodeling, too.

We contracted Peton Construction to redo both full bathrooms in our home in 2022. We had called 3-4 contractors - some who specialize in bathrooms and others who are more general - and got some outrageous quotes. When we started talking to the owner, Austin, it was apparent that he wasn't just going to throw out a number but really took the time to understand what we wanted.

He was open to splitting the project into two parts (because we needed to keep one bathroom operating) and the team did an amazing job on everything we asked them to do: full shower tiling with custom tile, installing a solar tube, high-gloss paint, wainscoting, wallpaper, replacing the doors, installing all the fixtures... it was awesome.

Not only was Austin very communicative about timing, he kept us on budget and was very conscious of reminding us when changes would increase cost.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Peton Construction did and will be having them help us again in the future.

We had a detached garage that we wanted to convert into additional living space and began searching for contractors last year. Austin and Peton Construction were referred to us by someone on the Nextdoor app who wholeheartedly recommended them. We interviewed two other contractors, but when we met Austin, it was evident that he had the vision and the skills needed to get the job done right.

I cannot overstate how great of a job Austin and his team did. From the beginning, Austin made himself available to ensure we got off on the right foot. He met my architect to talk through preliminary design concepts, helped my architect and I work through the permitting process, and was very flexible on getting different bids from various subcontractors to ensure we were comfortable with pricing.

Once construction began, Austin and his team were all hands on deck to swiftly and efficiently begin the work. My neighbors, who had home renovation projects of their own taking place, marveled at the consistent 8:00-5:00 schedule that Austin and his team religiously maintained. Everyday the job site was left clean and tidy.

The entire Peton team - Jay, John, Andrew and Ian, were the kindest, coolest, most respectful, helpful, and considerate people you could imagine. They are all really great guys who, like Austin, go above and beyond in the work that they do. I can’t say enough about how genuinely nice they all were, not to mention how skilled they are at their craft.

I could go on and on, but to put it plainly, Peton Construction is truly awesome. You won’t regret hiring them.

Kayo took the time to ensure my project was done correctly and had great communication throughout the entire process. Quality work and fair pricing on my siding and sheathing repair. This is the second time his team has done work for us and would highly recommend.

Ks and Sons constructions did a horrible job on my Adu they were cutting corners and always arguing and had a lot of questionable characters on the job absolutely do not recommend these people for future work!

Kayo and his son did such a great job remodeling my bedroom. They even found a leak I was unaware of and repaired everything so quick. The vinyl flooring they installed looks immaculate and I’m so happy! Would highly recommend them!

Portland Contracting completed my back deck installation one week ago. Owner Joaquin's consistent on-site presence, from start to finish, demonstrated professionalism and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication. I will certainly engage their services again for future projects or renovations.

I had a great experience with Portland Contracting LLC and owner Joaquin Castillo. It is hard to find reliable, prompt and most of all honest people to hire. The owner, Joaquin Castillo's well rounded expertise, attention to detail and open communication while helping with last minute structural repairs has prompted me to write this review. His confidence and years of experience come highly recommended and I have every intention to hire him for future repairs.

Joaquin was awesome and volunteered his time, skills and tools to help us establish a community shelter for our mobile cafe on Alberta! Wohoo!! Such great work and very quick to resolve problems during construction.

Strict on safety and organized management

I watched in awe the other day as this man tried on purpose to run multiple people off the road in his work truck. One can only imagine unprofessional & aggressive attitude he brings to his work. Steer clear of this thug

Phenomenal company that treats all employees/subcontractors with the utmost respect. That guy that drove like a maniac in the company rig must've got fired or something. CSI = Real people rolling up their sleeves to solve real problems.

They came out and gave us what I think is a very reasonable bid for the work we needed. I couldn't be more happy with the work they did. I will absolutely keep them in mind for any future concrete needs.

We worked with Luis to create a stamped concrete patio for our backyard to incorporate our deck and shed. His team was so fast and efficient, and the work is great quality. Very happy with the results!

I called at like 10 am and they were here by 12 and the job done by 1pm! My son was happy to watch our friends work and these guys are extremely good with little tots on top of it! I’m very happy with my service and would recommend.

This company is an absolute joke. Projects that should only take a couple weeks take over a month and a half. They do not communicate, tell downright lies, and pass the buck at every chance they get. Work was half done and then literally left to sit for weeks before anybody else picked the project up again. Numerous calls were met with condescension and downright rudeness. The person answering the phone should be fired. This company is dishonest and does terrible work. Stay far, far away from them.
